"To start oﬀ, we were sold on the windows because they were quality windows all produced in the USA with lifetime replacement for broken windows. This was early May of 2024. We live in a condo complex and were shown a window color that would match the rest of the condo complex so as to be in compliance with the HOA (we were promised it would match). We were also told that the work would be finished sometime in July of 2024. Well, July came around and we had no communication from the company, so we called and no response. We called and texted and then after numerous calls and texts, we texted our sales rep and finally got some communication that the windows were running a little behind and would be a few more weeks. Well, August came and went and no word from the company, so we called again many times. No communication back. We called the sales rep and he finally got back to us saying they’ve had problems with production and the windows should be in shortly. So we kept on top of it calling the company throughout Sept and October—never once did the company initiate communication with us to keep us updated—very poor customer service. We did talk to the warehouse manager, Eric, and he oﬀered us a $100 gift card (pretty big slap in the face considering auto window installers oﬀer you more than that just for booking with them and they get the job done on time). Finally, the windows came in and the windows were installed six months later (the installers were great by the way), but there were no screens—also, the color did not match what we were sold so they don’t match the other condos!! Well, we called the company, and Eric came out and argued that the colors did match (they don’t, as we are being called out on it by our neighbors), and he said this is what we ordered, so we basically have no recourse. Oh, and still no screens! To make a very long story short, the last of the screens got delivered to us in October 2025. So here are my challenges! 1. 6 months to install the windows when we were told 6 weeks. 2.Almost a year and a half from start to finish since we didn’t receive the last of our screens until October of 2025. 3. Window colors do not match the other condos as promised. 4. Never once did the company initiate conversation with us to keep us updated on what was going on with such a long, drawn-out process. We also had to call often to even get a response. We did, however, get calls for payment, so that was awesome!! 5. Never had a breakdown of the costs of each window installed, even though it was requested. 6. Solutions and compensation to the problems were never really oﬀered!!"
