We agreed on an attic restoration (removal, sanitation, spot sealing, blow in new insulation to R60). The job was done Wednesday and Thursday, leaving no trace afterwards. "William and team did a great job. Smooth skim coat wasn't something that many contractors would even bid on. The results were fantastic. The finish on the walls was paint-ready and super smooth. With multiple coats in addition to the ceiling work it was done in about a day and a half. Pretty impressive for two guys. They were professional and contentions of the space and kept things as neat as can be for such a messy job. Very little sanding was needed so the dust was minimal. I plan to have them back for more work."

"What I was hoping to do didn't make sense so I'm pursuing a do it your self option. I spoke to Jeff Banker personally and he was very helpful, told me my idea didn't make sense since spray on insulation generally looks kind of messy and only makes sense for locations that aren't normally seen. He offered me other ideas and one was simple and easy enough that I'll just do it myself. I will keep him in mind though if/when I decide to spray foam elsewhere in my house. Thanks!"

"In July, your non emergency A/C replacement has to come after emergencies. We were flexible with that. How can anyone say another home has to do without while we upgrade? But we had a drop dead date when we were going out of town, and someone would be house and pet sitting for us. We couldn't leave them potentially with no air. So they got it done well in advance and in time to make some adjustments. The Trane A/C they installed is the most efficient model available from Trane and it is spectacular The total install, including the inside unit and the garage roof unit took about 7 hours. They brought portable A/C for downstairs and upstairs and the house cooled down very quickly with out new A/C. The owner and one of his staff did the install. All employees including office staff have been just great and amazing to work with. What a pleasure."

"Brad told me what to expect before he installed radiant barrier on the south and west walls of our shop, he also installed radiant barrier and foam insulation to the roof on our south building. The results dramatically exceeded my expectations. Prior to the radiant barrier we started work at 5am and stopped between noon to 1pm because of heat, after the upgrades one cooler was able to keep the shop at 72 degrees well into July. We increased our productivity, increased the number of hours worked, and did so in comfort. The transformation has been impressive, our building has gone from the least comfortable work environment I have worked in over the past couple decades, into the most comfortable with the radiant barrier and insulation installed."
