GPS did an amazing job, start to finish. I can't say enough good things about Rudy and Kimberly, who were my main points of contact. They are professional, and always followed through. These guys are really good I should have gotten at least 3 quotes for the job and, in my book, for ANY job in your home really. It is unbelievable the range of prices for the same service and almost always the best quality comes from the busiest who has best quality. Be very careful dealing with a leak or flood as you might have mold - another company told me to make a hole in the wall and put a fan to to it which would lead to spreading the mold and transforming a messy situation into a hugely messy one. Obviously, the more messy, more fees to them. I gave a B because when Rudy first came over, he opened the wall and left without patching it. Since there was mold, the smell was unbearable. Later, I come to realize that he might have done that deliberately to make me act on hurry and hire him without looking elsewhere - I cannot say with certainty that he did that on purpose but, even if not, he should have been more professional. They did a great remediation job.

It went well. I was given two estimates depending on what they found. I was charged the lower estimate and the gentlemen that gave me the estimate came by to check on the work. They left the house very clean.

GPS has great customer service. Maricela was the project coordinator and provided us with daily e-mail or phone call updates. Rudy served as the onsite project manager. He was very responsive to our needs. GPS's work exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend their services.

He was very thorough, very good. He showed up on time, did what he needed to and he was very punctual. In the fact when I called him, he made an appointment the next day and we were an old community and he made it up to take care of everything. Their price is very fair.

Great! Rudy was the person who was on site and was extremely knowledgeable. Everything was done professionally, as quickly as possible, and my home was left in wonderful shape. Under the sink needed to be rebuilt and everything was looks better than ever. All appliances were tested and really we couldn't be happier! There was no drama. Many companies were consulted for this job and this company proved far superior to any of them.
Robin is the office personnel that I had to speak with on many occasions since she was in charge of the scheduling, billing etc. I cannot rave more about the dedication and professionalism of this person. She went above and beyond to keep me in the loop, researching and assisting me even at 10:30 at night when I would receive an update from her.
I am most impressed with this company. They took a very stressful situation and put me at ease with a job so well done!

During home inspection for our condo buyer, mold was discovered. Upon confirmation of the extent of the problem, we researched various companies. Global was chosen for many reasons: Better Business rating, licensed by ROC, good recommendations from clients. From beginning to end, Global was fantastic! The initial estimate had to be revised 3 times (by us) and each time, Global responded quickly and professionally. We had a tight time frame but Global easily met our requirements. They showed up exactly on time with staff obviously dedicated to doing a good, thorough job. They were meticulous in containing their work area and very careful in removing the contaminated area. While the lab results quantify the thoroughness of Global's service, they do not begin to reflect the great staff! From beginning to end, Global's staff was professional, hard-working, caring, and meticulous! I cannot begin to tell you how very pleased we are that we selected Global to solve this nasty little surprise. As well as our being pleased, our realtor, who was at the condo during the work, was impressed with the positive attitude, work ethic, and immaculate care demonstrated during the process. Please know I am happy to share my comments with others and definitely recommend Global Prevention to anyone facing the shock of discovering mold and needing to have it eliminated by a company that works hard and provides an outstanding value!

THEY CAME IN TO GIVE THE ESTIMATE AND SAID THE WORK WOULD TAKE 3 DAYS, BUT THEY WILL FINISH IN 2 DAYS. THE COST WAS EXACTLY AS THEY HAD STATED IN THE ESTIMATE. THESE PEOPLE WERE NOT PUSHY AT ALL, WERE VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND HAVE BEEN REALLY GREAT. THEY EVEN GIVE A WARRANTY THAT TITLE COMPANIES WILL ACCEPT AND TRANSFER TO THE NEW HOME OWNER IF YOU SELL THE HOME. IT HAS BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
