We are doing comparatives on the cost of adding insulation to the attic and sealing leaking vent, ducts and returns. We told them we were not interested in Solar and they did not force the issue. "I called to set up a free consultation and was promptly met at the agreed upon time. We discussed my desires and how to achieve my project goals. I was given a quote and agreed upon the price for the garage work to be done the following week when I was free. The spray foam and "drill and fill" have been awesome! I have a 24K BTU AC unit in the garage that was unable to keep the temps low as there was so much heat in the garage all day. After the insulation was done it can hold the temps at 70F in the garage while barely turning on during the day. The attic above the garage tops out at 85F when it was over 110F outside, just amazing. We had them do a home energy audit and found that there were plenty of leaky areas in the attic and the insulation was 15 years old and about an R-10 level. It needed some serious work so we agreed to have it topped off with new fiberglass insulation. The guys came out and did and amazing job bringing me up to R-39 as well as keeping the house very clean while doing it. On both days they cleaned up after themselves and took great care of my house. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that could use more insulation!"

"Can't say enough good things about these guys. I had them insulate my garage. They not only do insulation but mini-split air conditioners as well. It has completely transformed my garage space. With our new mini-split it is now nice and cool in there. Perfect for our home gym. Their guys were friendly and efficient. They answered all of my questions. Took before and after pictures in my attic so I could see exactly what they did. They cleaned up after themselves and their price was better than anyone else I could find. I highly recommend them!"

They did an very good job of installing the insulation and now I can't wait to see my bills go down. The cost of the project was a little more than I wanted to spend but I see it was worth it. "Within 5 minutes of entering the inquiry on Home Advisor, I got a call from Good Attic. They came out the next day (Friday) for an inspection/estimate. Two days later I had an email quote. We agreed on an attic restoration (removal, sanitation, spot sealing, blow in new insulation to R60). The job was done Wednesday and Thursday, leaving no trace afterwards. "William and team did a great job. Smooth skim coat wasn't something that many contractors would even bid on. The results were fantastic. The finish on the walls was paint-ready and super smooth. With multiple coats in addition to the ceiling work it was done in about a day and a half. Pretty impressive for two guys. They were professional and contentions of the space and kept things as neat as can be for such a messy job. Very little sanding was needed so the dust was minimal. I plan to have them back for more work."

"What I was hoping to do didn't make sense so I'm pursuing a do it your self option. I spoke to Jeff Banker personally and he was very helpful, told me my idea didn't make sense since spray on insulation generally looks kind of messy and only makes sense for locations that aren't normally seen. He offered me other ideas and one was simple and easy enough that I'll just do it myself. I will keep him in mind though if/when I decide to spray foam elsewhere in my house. Thanks!"

"Overall, the ceiling cavity insulation project went well. Pricing was very reasonable compared with other quotes, and job was done when quoted and clean up performed well before leaving job site. The only negative was we never received any paperwork, either formal quote or contract. Uncomfortable having no documentation on a project of this size or scope."
