About 6 years ago they did an almost complete home remodel for us including opening up and redoing our kitchen, tiling the whole home, putting in new sliders, etc. At present, they are our General Contractor on a commercial building that we're rehabbing into a coffee shop (restaurant) and art studio in Phoenix. It is a big job that takes a real attention to detail and compete knowledge and expertise in construction processes and codes. They have also done smaller jobs around our home including adding a large exterior closet for storage, replacing windows with doors, upgrading systems, and etc. Hire them, you won't be sorry."

"I sought 4 bids for this work and when I met Dana I immediately knew I wanted him to do the work.  He was prompt, professional, and really knew his stuff.  He explained everything to me without being condescending and was able to laugh with me about the challenges of remodeling.  He estimated that the work could begin at the end of this week but ended up calling on Monday and offered to start work on Tuesday.
As promised, his Assistant Walter, arrived and began to work.  Walter quickly but thoroughly prepared the home for painting.  He worked tirelessly for 2 days to finish painting and then completed all the crown work on the 3rd day.  He was efficient and great at his job.  He also cleaned up each day and left my home completely intact at the end of work.
Toward the end of the job I asked Dana if he could add some other work on (putting moulding on some cabinets) and he readily agreed to start on it ASAP.
The results are amazing and I couldn't be more pleased.  This was worth every penny and I would recommend iCrown to anyone!

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!

"Before the onset of the remodel we discussed options with Samuel as we were under some time pressure. He was open to any project size that suited our needs. Ultimately he was able to provide very high quality solid wood cabinets at a very reasonable price but only in a few color options. If there was an issue with colors, Samuel gave us the option to paint any color. After some back and forth he got the units ordered and delivered in a timely fashion in a color that was a really good option. Samuel was very conscientious and took care of any details or options that seemed to arise. During remodel he actually identified a problem with a recently installed dishwasher that was leaking and waiting on a replacement unit. The Home Depot install crew failed to remove the disposal plug and was backing up into the dishwasher. Samuel found this issue and greatly improved my bargaining position with Home Depot. The whole project which was expanded to include flooring on our entry stairs and bathroom still finished on time and on budget. The flooring is really well placed and finished including the stair risers and noses which was another issue, this time with Lowes ending availability. Although an inconvenience, Samuel identified a good suitable replacement and finished the project from a secondary flooring source. Would highly recommend Samuel and really pleased with his work and the quality of the materials he recommended to us!"

"Jonathan was a great sales person and Home Solutionz was hired. He helped me try to match the wood in other rooms and I decided. The process went smoothly and deposits were made, wood and glue purchased. I was contacted by Nahn, the project manager letting me know when the installers would arrive and they were on time and precise. Max and Fabian did a great job and left the site meticulous. I only hope that all of my remodel ideas are executed as easily. Communication is the key to success and they have it."
