In July, your non emergency A/C replacement has to come after emergencies. We were flexible with that. How can anyone say another home has to do without while we upgrade? But we had a drop dead date when we were going out of town, and someone would be house and pet sitting for us. We couldn't leave them potentially with no air. So they got it done well in advance and in time to make some adjustments. The Trane A/C they installed is the most efficient model available from Trane and it is spectacular The total install, including the inside unit and the garage roof unit took about 7 hours. They brought portable A/C for downstairs and upstairs and the house cooled down very quickly with out new A/C. The owner and one of his staff did the install. All employees including office staff have been just great and amazing to work with. What a pleasure.

I called to schedule an appointment and was told that my LG Refrigerator has a flaw in the design and the ice maker can't be fixed. On May 4, 2017 I called to schedule an appointment for the repair of a burner on my range. The receptionist took my information and said she'd speak with the owner about my unused "Big Deal." As of July 3, 2017, I have not had a return call

Company called prior to visit and Alan arrived approximately 10:00 a.m. Turned out fuse had blown due to power surge. Problem fixed with fuse replacement. Went ahead and did a service check of unit. $75 total charge. Could not have asked for better service or resolution.

He cleaned & cleared the drain, then installed a small heat probe that keeps it from freezing again, then replaced a shelf support that I had jerry-rigged, with an honest to goodness sturdy support.

It went very well. Unlike many other companies who offer PM services, he did not attempt to sell me additional services that were unnecessary.

Very poorly. Servicemen said unit was operating properly; Freezer temp per fridge thermometer was 44 before he came and well after he left. After leaving noticed unit was about 10-12 inches too far forward. When pushed back just a few inches found out why: the serviceman had damaged floor and was using unit to conceal it. Called the following morning about repair of refrigerator & floor. Was told different servicemen would be out between 1-5PM and owner would call about floor neither event happened. Called the following morning: placed on hold when lady came back to phone was told that the serviceman said that the weren't qualified to work on that unit. Why? it was the same make & model that I called in three days earlier. Their suggestion call Sears. Was told owner would call but never did. My suggestion to anyone reading this is to follow the advice of their receptionist: call Sears

fixed my ice maker.  great, friendly service.  the repairman definitely knew what he was doing.  would certainly use again.

He decided the fan was bad.  He suggested we order a new one and he
would be back to install it.  When we called the office to schedule a
return visit, and asked for the same technician.   They sent a different guy.
He was very nice, but I'm not sure he knew exactly how to fix
the problem.  The ice maker worked for about a week and now it is
broken again.  It obviously wasn't the fan.   We have not called back to
have them back out yet, but we will.  Just not sure all this
frustration is worth it for a GE ice maker, as it will probably go out
again.  Might just stick with the "make it myself" stuff. 
I will try this company again to fix a washing machine, as I don't really blame them for the crappy GE fridge.

Very thorough job. Removed a lot of dirt.  Replaced all vents without any damage to walls.
