"Brian, (the owner) came for the original estimate and was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. He assured me that my tile floor would look like new after it was color sealed. I was skeptical, but gave him the go ahead anyway. On the assigned day, Brady and Zack came and spent the entire day, from 9AM to a little after 5PM, working on the floor. "We chose 2nd Generation Flooring based on reviews which is why I think it's so important for me to provide this one. I also think it's very important to note that the "negative" reviews are from people who have never actually worked with 2nd Generation Tile ... AND that the owner, Mike, responded to each of them which speaks to his professionalism and work ethic. We purchased a 2200sf home knowing that we would tear out every square inch of the existing tile, laminate, carpet and tiny baseboards. Mike was extremely responsive, patient and personable throughout the quoting process. Knowing that we wanted to get into the house as soon as possible, Mike had Ted start the work almost immediately after we received the keys. As a one-man crew, the project took 4 weeks which is exactly what they estimated. After the flooring was completed, we also added a kitchen backsplash to the scope of work. Throughout the process, Mike and Ted communicated well with us, provided their professional opinion when it came to grout color and finish pieces, picked up the tile we ordered (saving us the cost of shipping) and were flexible with our other contractor's (painters) scheduling."

"We dealt with Jim at Regal Bath & Kitchen in remodeling our master bath. The tub was removed and a walk-in shower was designed. Granite was used on the shower benches and around the vanity sinks. The sink faucets were wall mounted. The couple who did the tile work were perfectionists and tiled a medallion in the entry to the shower. The kitchen back splash was tiled also. Jim had every detail under control and the remodel went very smooth. It was a pleasure dealing & working with Jim, a real professional, and we highly recommend Regal."

The tile looks brand new and the grout makes all the difference!! "They were amazing.  It was absolutely amazing.  The cost was reasonable.  They took out things that had been there for a long time.  They said it would be dry in twenty minutes and it was.  They were polite and it sounds like a fair advertising.  We built a house now that are all tiles so we don?t need them which is also wonderful.  But I would definitely recommend them very highly.  They did an incredible job.  They used non-toxic cleaning agents which was very important to us.   

The price was very reasonable and we used a coupon from a local magazine.  They were very professional.  I have no one complaint."

"Excellent. Hiring Danny was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had someone else install a 5 foot sliding glass door and it was a nightmare. Danny fixed the door for a good price. I couldn’t be happier with my new door. He also fixed the door on the side of the house and didn’t even tell me. Said it was part of the prepping process. I’m going to put in new kitchen countertops next, and you can believe me, I will be calling Danny."
