"PDW SEPTIC IS A VERY DIVERSE COMPANY. Not only do they pump septic tanks but can evaluate your current system, do major modifications, complete installation of new septic systems along with the leaching system. Tony, the foreman has over 35 years experience in the septic field and is very experienced in all phases of taking care of all your septic needs, as he did mine. Tony explained to me how your septic system is the very heart of your home as it can’t function without it. Thanks PDW, you gave my 50 year old septic system a new lease on life, and that I am grateful for"

"My old gaspac HVAC quit working. I searched the internet to find the highest SEER 5 ton units. I contacted several dealers and Done Rite gave me a free estimate and they had the best price. They installed the unit a couple days later and I couldn't be happier. Very professional install and answered all the questions I asked."

"I can only say that sadly despite the assurances of the owner, David, our experience was not a good one.  To start with the positives, they did a good job installing the drip irrigation update and the lighting system; the problems were in two areas,
reliability of their estimator and failure to do an estimate in a timely fashion.
The estimator, Tom Tuloss, reviewed our project in October of 2014.  He promised the job would be completed by the end of February and quoted several prices which seemed in line with our budget.  When I called in January to see when they would be arriving (I had a plan designed by Joe Prchal, at his recommendation), he said, he promised a specific date at the end of February.  When I called again to confirm the date in late February, Tom confessed that he had forgotten to schedule the work.
At that point, I called the owner and he reassured me the work would be done on time on April 6.  We had a family wedding scheduled for May 2.  This was going to cut it close but David convinced us to trust him.
David did a proper estimate, which had never been done and while we were surprised by the difference between Tom's ballpark and the estimate, we decided to go ahead anyway on the strength of the positive reviews on Angie's List.
The work was done beginning on April 7 and completed in about two weeks.
Many plants have died since that time since Tom (I am told) apparently forgot to come out and check on the irrigation several times during the three months we were assured by David that they monitor the irrigation.
We had a mixed experience with this company but I would not recommend them because of their estimator's lack of organizational skills and reliability.

"And today, 12/2/21 I had the pleasure of one of the most magnanimous, generous, and kind individuals I have ever met, fix a plumbing issue (bathroom sink would not drain)...his name is ANTHONY GARCIA. He spent a significant amount of time to assure the job was done properly and helped me in a way I cannot even begin to express. A soul with a big HEART and highly skilled, courteous, respectful, and very professional. I think that Strongbuilt must vet all their employees, to make sure that they are not only the best in the business but also the most resplendent as well. John, the owner...is beyond illustrious himself...Folks...this is the company you want for all your home needs. JoAnne Ellis"

"Joe Villareal contacted me immediately, he called again just before he arrived. He provided me with a rough estimate which ended up being a little less than the quote. He worked quickly to repair the leaky pipe and re lit my hot water tank for me. He was very courteous, professional and guaranteed his work for a year."

"VERY EXPENSIVE; VERY GOOD; you get what you pay for Had water leak in ABS piping connection in bathroom. Fixed it very nicely. I was a somewhat upset that their quote over phone was round $400 but final charge was $816.08; I had emailed them extensive description and multiple photos so they could provide more accurate estimate since they do not do free estimates though I realize they found some other issues they had to fix that were not apparent in my description and photos. I was also upset that the impression they gave me was only one plumber would do the job but he showed up with a trainee and charged me for trainee time also. I will use them again only for involved or complex jobs. They are too expensive for simple plumbing jobs such as toilet install or faucet install."

"

They charged me $600 for it and I thought that was outrageous. Actually I think they were pushy. Instead of fixing something they wanted to replace everything. Even with the leak in the mobile home. They told me I needed all of the piping in the unit replaced. They did the same thing in the underground. I think it could have been repaired and not replaced. I imagine the work they did is good, but I think they are overrated pricewise. They even put another unit in just a foot from my meter and I did not think that was necessary. They wanted to charge me $500 for a temporary water supply which was not necessary either. I just thought they were looking for something to add the dollars on.  They showed me the piping they were putting in and it was flexible. I have never seen anything like that for a water line. I hope it works well and lasts a long time. I had to complain and have them come back and replace some block they had moved when doing the work. They did not put it back the first time. They were quick on the job. They were pretty punctual. They were very professional, I think, but they were too ready to replace everything instead of fixing.

Drain Pipe Installation questions, answered by experts

With a one-way cleanout, you can access your sewer line from one direction. Depending on the way it curves, a plumber can either access the side of the pipe that goes into your home or the side that goes to your yard. On the other hand, two-way cleanouts allow pros to access both sides of the sewer line, thanks to their dual-pipe design (they’re usually U-shaped).

Yes, frozen pipes can cause a toilet to stop working correctly. If the pipes are frozen, water cannot flow, which can lead to two main problems. First, the supply line to the toilet tank may be frozen, which prevents the tank from refilling with water after you flush. Second, the drain pipe itself can freeze, blocking water from flushing away. As a temporary solution for a non-refilling tank, you can manually add water, but this is not a long-term fix. To clear a frozen drain pipe, you can try pouring warm water into the toilet bowl or tank and then flushing, as the warm water may help thaw the ice blockage. Ultimately, the best course of action is to unfreeze the affected pipes to restore your toilet to full functionality.

The cost varies from $150 to $600, depending on the severity of the clog, pipe access, and required equipment.

The cost to repair a main sewer line clog is about $3,110 on average. The average cost range is  $1,310 to $4,950, but it can go as low as $215 and as high as $9,300 or more. The cost factors for this repair include the severity of the clog, pipe accessibility, video inspection, removal method, permits, pipe material, labor rates in your area, and time of year. Repairs made from outside during the winter can be more difficult due to the frozen ground or during the spring if the ground is saturated from a lot of rain and snow melt.

Septic tanks can clog if they aren’t pumped every few years since solid waste accumulates inside of them. Your tank might also clog if you have a habit of flushing anything other than human waste or toilet paper. Items like diapers, baby wipes, paper towels, cat litter, and personal hygiene products should never go down your pipes.
