Came on time. Did the work quickly and neatly. Explained what he was doing clearly.

It took a little longer for the install but the man was very nice. I think George was his name. He worked his butt off alone to dig the trench and hook up the new pipes. I'm a satisfied customer.

Job was done but I felt they overcharged for the simple fix that was necessary.

Installation looks professional and was done right.

It went very well. Service technician was on time and very knowledgable.

He did a great job and walked me thru how to opperate it.

Everything went well and as described. It wasn't a high pressure sales pitch, he just came to our house, found out what we wanted, described their product, and provided a cost after taking measurements and picking a location for the softener. I think the cost was a little high, but they did excellent work. I don't regret using them over doing it myself.

From Rick's excellent product presentation (no dramatics or drawn out 'experiments'), through Gary's install work, a very professional and pleasant contract experience.  The total price was one-third of that quoted by the EcoWater (Costco) and Kinetico reps and I'm confident I have the appropriate system(s) for our needs.  I have contracted for the quarterly servicing and look forward to a long-term relationship.  I wish all of my recent contracting experiences had been this effective!

When I bought my house the water softener had no salt and the previous owner did not leave the manual. I could not find a manual on the Internet but luckily there was a Water Tec label on the system. I called them and Greg, one of their technicians, emailed the manual to me in PDF form plus took the time to advise me how I could get it working again and what to look for if it needed service. 
It worked fine so I did not need service but you can be sure I will go to these folks when I do.

From the initial time I called these folks to when they left after the install everything was top notch and professional. I called their office, asking for someone to come out and look at the old system that was in place. We just bought the house and the water softener that was there looked like it was abandoned. Larry the sales guy came out and explained what I had, how it worked, and how to get it started again. We didn't know if the system would work because it had been non-functional for at least 6 months and we did not have any salt to add to the salt tank. Larry told me to go get some salt, regenerate the system a couple of times, and see if we had soft water. While he was at the house he explained the options I had if I decided to but a new system. All very low key. Not a hard sell at all. He went over prices and I told him I would think about it . After he left I had another local firm come out and look at the system. They wanted 4 times the money Water-Tec quoted. As it turned out the old system did work and we hade soft water in the house, but the old system looked like **** and I wasn't sure how long it would last before it broke down. It also leaked like a sieve. After a few days we decided to have Water-Tec install a new system. We called their office and they wanted a 1/3 deposit and said they would be out in about 10 days. The day prior to the install they called to insure we would be home and they said George would be our installer. He would be out the next day between 8 & 10. The following day George arrived on time and installed the new system. He did a total workmanlike job and wwas very congenial. We couldn't be happier. This company is run by professionals and I wouldn't hesitate to call them for anything. A+ experinece.
