There is still leaks more of my flooring is damaged warped a Plumber at Put his knee spacethrough my ceiling and didn’t repair it I had to call them back three or four times to come back and repair things and I do have lots and lots of pictures and I’m driving at this moment I will attach them later and send them in

Travis and Jose showed up on time, they were very professional yet friendly, and they did a great job for a fair price. My kitchen sink now drains just fine.

Travis and Jose arrived on time and went right to work on using their electronic equipment to locate where my sewer line ran from the house. They had to get up on the roof and run a cable down through a vent, then track where the cable was in the sewer pipe under ground. A former owner of the house created this problem because they built a brick patio right over the old access pipes so you couldn't get to them if you needed to clean out your sewer line! I don't get some people! Anyway, the men dug down about four feet through tree roots and dirt right on target to where the sewer line ran. I was totally impressed by their hard work and knowledge of my situation. They then installed the new PVC pipes by cutting the old sewer line and making a union with the new parts. They filled it I, watering it down as they went and cleaned up the area without leaving a trace -- except my new clean out access ports just above grade as I had asked. GREAT JOB GUYS! They were totally polite, professional and answered every question we put to them. I've got some piece of mind now and I say that's well worth the price. I will call on RAM again if I have any other plumbing issues. They have my respect and best recommendation.

These repairs were performed in an older house that we had just moved into. All the work done was performed rapidly and with good quality. They had the new water line installed within a day including digging the trenches. A form of blue PVC line was used instead of copper. My only concern is I would have liked to have been presented with an option. I have since tried to get them to provide and estimate on some additional repairs - with no return phone calls. I called and spoke with the secretary approximately six times over a 2-3 week period and never received a return phone call from anyone. I trusted their work and repairs and felt their pricing was fair, however, they gave me no option but to chose a different contractor for further repairs since they never called back. I am very surprised because in the past they were very responsive. I am very sorry to say I would not use them again at this point.

Countless phone calls to them have not resolved this situation and they have had a collection company hounding me for at least eight months. Even the owner's secretary was on my side and wrote me a note on the invoice that he was being stubborn and unreasonable. They are unethical, very unprofessional, and their technicians aren't very competent either since they apparently don't know how to turn off a water valve. I'm a 60-year-old female and even I know how to do this.

THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND DID A GREAT JOB. THE MEN REALLY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND MY WIFE AND I BOTH THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
