Awesome job! It is rare that you reach out to a plumbing company in Tucson, AZ and they not only respond the same day (within an hour of submitting my quote request on Angie's List!) to schedule an appointment but accomplish the work the same day! The two (2) technicians, Cassius and Kolin (spelling?) that arrived at our home were awesome! They were professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. After discussing the work scope of the job to re-plumb the supply and return water lines to our water softener, Cassius detailed a plan to accomplish what I wanted done. He provided a verbal estimate of what it was going to take to do the job (parts and labor) and it was very reasonable. I immediately approved Cassius' plan and he and Kolin set to work. As I previously stated, they both knew what they were doing and the job was successfully completed in less than 45 minutes. The work performed looked very professional and "very clean". They left the work area clean of any debris. We are very happy with all that Cassius and Kolin successfully accomplished! All I can say is that if we ever need any plumbing jobs accomplished, we will definitely contact Economy Plumbing Service LLC.

They called early the next day and the work was done by noon at a reasonable price. They were also very nice to work with. I would use them again.

It went VERY well. Brad and Buddy were SO nice and very professional as well as fast and thorough. Everything was done and explained as they worked (when I asked), and they swept up and used a hose to put everything back in shape. They were also very prompt and courteous. I am MOST pleased and will definitely use them again!

A++++ all around for Economy! Had a little problem with disgusting sewer water backed up and coming up in all my showers. Had another company who I won't name (but whose last name starts with a C-O-R-O-N-A-D-O) come out the day before but didn't clear it. So I called up Economy and they promptly dispatched Cassius to my house. He communicated well and was at my house about 2 hours after I called. Wasted no time and hopped on my roof with his cable and had my pipes cleared up in 20 minutes for half the price as the other guys. Economy is the place to call!

This was an outstanding job from start to finish! Not only was my original call handled in a friendly, professional manner but my appt was arranged quickly. The day before my appt I was texted the name of the plumber who would be coming. Mr. Zimmerman arrived at the beginning of my time window and everything went flawlessly from there. The work was done quickly, thoroughly, and at a reasonable cost. They even picked up every speck of debris along the way! It feels wonderful knowing I’ve got a reliable plumber I can call on if needed!!!

Economy was recommended to me. I had a company come in and quote me $4600 for this repair. They did not finish the job and left Pipes open which spilled into our garage causing water damage. I called Economy and Mr. Braden Morgan and his associate came to the house. Cleared our pipes and got the bathroom working again for less than $215. Economy Plumbing saved us over $4400. I want to thank Mr. Morgan for his honesty and for superb work. Our family wants Economy Plumbing to know it is nice to see there are companies out there that are not trying to take advantage of women and are not trying to massively over charge customers.

1. We needed our polybutylene piping replaced throughout the inside of our house. Economy Plumbing showed up on time and completed the work on budget in one day. The staff were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. Very pleased. 2. Several weeks later, we discovered a water leak outside the house and we called Economy Plumbing again to fix the problem. We weren't disappointed. They came as scheduled, dug the trench, and replaced the piping from the street to the house. Afterwards the trench and landscape rocks were put back so that you'd never know the job was done. My wife and I would highly recommend Economy Plumbing.

Good service. The scheduler was very helpful and pleasant. Service guys came within the specified window, and quickly repaired both my issues. They even took their shoes off when going into our Master Bedroom area (at my wife's request). Will definitely use again when needed.

Perfect from the time to scheduling, service, professionalism. Kayla in the office made scheduling very easy and at my convience. Brandon and Buddy completed my service on time, correct the first time and promptly. Everyone that I’ve had contact with have been just above board and wonderful to work with. They are not the cheapest in town, BUT, their work and professionalism make a true difference as reasonable prices. This is my second time having them to our home.

They had everything on their truck and got it done. Very pleased They are coming back today to install a hot water heater.

The crew came at 7:00 am as promised and the job was completed by 3:30 the same afternoon which was quite a feat since I have a two story, three bathroom house. Every other proposal I received quoted 5 days for the same job. Everything they had to move was put back and everything was cleaned up. I know who to call if I should need any additional work done and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Braden and Riley were professional, prompt, very efficient with their time and resources. I was able to go back to work in a couple of hours. The only drawback was a surcharge for using a credit card as payment. Supposedly there is a charge if your bill is over a certain amount and given the going rates for plumbing services and appliances, most people would be assesed this fee if using a credit card. This seemed arbitrary. The work and service professionals were great tho, no complaints on that aspect.

Economy responded promptly to my call. Alan, and his assistant Buddy, determined the problem was roots that were partially clogging the pipe. Alan is very thorough in determining exactly what the problem is, how to fix it, as well as giving me ideas as to how to prevent it in the future. They were fast, friendly and professional from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them.

They were fast and efficient. Very well organized. I gave them a B overall because we are gonna have to have unfortunately at our expense a change made to plumbing that supplies the water feed to our pool they ran a half inch line to what was originally a 3/4 inch line feed and of course that reduces the pressure and the flow. So we have had difficulty with keeping our pool supplied with water in the appropriate amount.

After a quick look, Michael found the problem under the sink. Michael was so friendly, yet professional and extremely confident and knowledgeable. For a young guy, he has all the skills and experience of a seasoned veteran. Thank you Economy Plumbing, and thank you Michael.

It only took them 15 minutes.
