"This was the only company willing to respond immediately. Mr. Alvarez sent a crew including his very experienced father, which we greatly appreciated. They were friendly and professional and worked hard to resolve the clogged sewer line, attempting numerous solutions. "Movers took time to be sure furniture was well padded.

A little hiccup at new home as fridge would not fit through front door or the sliding patio door. Door had to be removed to get it into house. This took time for workers to figure out which slowed down the move.

Only true issue is movers did not hook up hoses to washer correctly and in fact never put the drain hose into wall. IF the washer had been turned on, we would have had a flood in a brand new home. Thank goodness I thought to pull out washer to verify everything hooked up correctly before turning washing machine on for first time.

"Jose simply transformed the appearance of the house.  He went so far beyond my expectations I can't even describe.  For the price he gave me I expected him to spread the decomposed granite.  And I expected a charge for some flowers that would last hopefully until I finished the repairs inside and got the house rented.  When I returned to the house I saw a completely landscaped front yard.  The flower bed was absolutely packed with flowers.  He added a simple timer and drip system in the bed (we never discussed it and I didn't request it as I told him I didn't expect that the renter would water the plants and that they would probably die, but that was okay with me).  He added several desert plants to the front yard and took a bunch of rocks that the long term renter had accumulated and left in the back yard to create a gorgeous effect.  He charged me $120 more than the quote for spreading the granite.  I believe that he spent close to $120 for the plants and timer that he installed so I think his profit on the added work I requested was near zero.  I only wish that my house looked as nice.  I live in Phoenix otherwise I'd have him start on it asap!
I did not read the few reviews that are less than "straight A's" for Angels and it is hard to imagine how things went wrong or even less than excellent with him.  
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  Definitely exceeded by far my expectations at a very reasonable price.

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
