He and his assistants removed the old, outdated solar panel from the roof and repaired all holes in the wall left from the old solar water heater. He upgraded the new one at no charge and charged even less than the estimate when he got it cheaper. Next he installed a brand new, professional quality garbage disposal to replace one poorly installed from a different company that had failed after only a couple years. He and his assistants were very friendly, very comfortable to have in the home with us and our 3 dogs, and they were very proficient and detailed in the service. He's the best plumber I have come across in the 30 years we have owned the home. We will only use him for our plumbing needs in the future.

"On a Sunday, the stand pipe that drains the washing machine overflowed, we checked Angie's List and called Custom Plumbing and they sent someone within 20 minutes to cable the line, in the rain. A few days later, a camera was used to find the damaged sewer pipe and with ground radar the area was located under the foundation. Containment was set up and the crew jackhammered the foundation and dug down two feet to replaced the damaged pipe. The exavation was filled and concrete poured. The entire system was hydro-jetted. Everyone was very efficient and professional, explaining every step of the task. Thankfully, Custom Plumbing prepared the invoice for our homeowners insurance reimbursement for half the cost.
