It's been a while, but once they arrived it was quicky done.

Gino and Lauren were great! Very good power generation. Took awhile (6-9 months) to get everything installed and turned on though, but that was back during covid supply chain issues

I initially had reservations about the concept of installing solar panels, but I was keen on getting an estimate and seeking professional advice. That's when I met Arvin. He provided me with a comprehensive walkthrough, clearly outlining the advantages of having solar panels. The entire process was straightforward, with each step being well-explained, leaving no room for surprises or unexpected outcomes. Now, a little over 5 months since the installation, I'm enjoying the benefits just as he promised. I want to extend my gratitude to Arvin for his professionalism and responsiveness. They took forever

They are great people to work with. Though very busy, the panels were installed along with battery in great time. SunPower systems come with software to monitor the use of solar, storage and PG&E, and settings for how to use the system. The software monitors each panelâ s production and health. These folks are amazing. The professionals who worked with us were sensational. They were all a pleasure to work with. You cannot do better than SunPower.

I had solar panels installed by SunPower's subcontractor Hooked on Solar in 2020. In 2023 some of the panels were damaged by an electrical outage and surge. It took about 4 months for Hooked on Solar to identify the damaged panels, schedule an appointment to replacement, but finally they fixed the panels.

They were great - did as promised!

Sunpower team was very professional. Great at setting up expectations and completion of work. Team who installed panels were very professional. Overall, great experience with the team in terms of communication and overall customer satisfaction.

Installation was delayed, coordination with a roofer was nearly impossible, several delays for electrical panel replacement. overall project took 9 months to completion. Installed product is performing very well

SunPower did an excellent job on the install. Tom Lammie was my broker for SunPower. He fully explained the costs and benefits. I would recommend them to my friends.

Had questions about usage and KW hours generated by our solar. Spoke with Catherine and she was great, did some research for me and then gave a lengthy explanation. We discussed my SoCal Edison bill vs. my solar generation and all things became clear and understandable due to her patience and professionalism. This is the type of customer service I wish was found in all companies. Thanks again Catherine!
