I'm giving a 3 star only because of the amount charged of the job done. Chris was a very pleasant man. Seemed very knowledgeable about sprinklers, and how he would approach my yard. I have given all the information of what had been done in the past. He provided a estimate at the beginning of the job. I feel even though the final price was over exaggerated ... I still paid because I felt pressure to pay that amount, only because he would say .. you saw what all we did to diagnose the water lines, which is part of the job I feel. His hourly rate was ridiculous. If you break it down parts to labor. The invoice is a lump sum of the job. After looking up the parts, then what he used, added a little extra for incidentals ... his labor was well over $150 an hour. The stress of having my sprinklers up and running ... I guess time will tell. Thank you.

Chis was extremely responsive, came out on the day of my request to give me an estimate and was willing to do the work that same day. I had other estimates lined up so I was not able take advantage of his same day service. I did end up going with Chris to do the work and it was done very quickly and efficiently. He discovered some additional irrigation problems while he was completing the original work and he repaired those as well.

Chris came out quickly and was able to fix the issue with my sprinklers and gave me a reasonable price and also fixed another issue with my faucet while he was there . Very courteous and helpful would definitely highly recommend

He was the first to respond to my request, was at my home within the same hour, spent quality time looking over the issues we had with our sprinkler system and gave us options on how to move forward. Chris was quick to respond after we chose how to move forward. He fixed our issues in a well and timely manner. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and left no mess behind!! I am so pleased with the whole process and will be calling Chris in the future!!
