Mike from Arisa was great from start to finish. He sold me a system that I needed as opposed to trying to upsell me on a more expensive system that most of his competitors pushed. Mike was courteous and professional, and the install exceeded our expectations. Can't say enough good things about Mike & Arisa - I'm so glad I selected them for my water softener needs. My experience from beginning to end was TOP SHELF!! Michael Dutton came first to explain, test, and show me products that best fit my family size and benefits. After researching other companies, Michael's quote was the best bang for the buck, but not just because of the price but because Mike is a seasoned professional that prides his self in quality work and explains everything to you to the "T". Michael was very personable and polite. He installed the RO System in the time estimated. He left the area very clean. He made sure the water lines were not laying on the cabinet floor. I was very pleased with Michael and his work. I will definitely hire Michael again when the need arises.

You canâ t do better then Arisa Water. Mike is the best. Always on time with whatâ s needed to complete the job and does the cleanest installs Iâ ve ever seen. When Mike found the builder had misrouted the plumbing under my kitchen sink sending cold water to my dishwasher, he didnâ t lose a beat. Corrected the mistake, got the installation done, and didnâ t charge an extra dime for his considerable time and effort. Now thatâ s what I call customer service. Thanks Mike and thanks Arisa Water.

I had other companies out to hear their pitch/get estimates and was very frustrated with trying to make sense of it all. Luckily, I reached out to some friends and was referred to Michael at Arisa. He came out, explained everything, and was much more affordable. He took his time and did a great job installing the water softener, 2 RO systems, and whole house filtration. That s hard to find anymore as I am pretty fussy and a stickler for attention to details. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

I started getting quotes from companies and quickly realized a lot companies were over priced. I spoke with Mike over the phone. First impression was he knew his systems and his competitors systems. He came out and spoke with me the next day. My price quote was the price I expected. The quality of the work was amazing AND CAME WITH A FREE FULL WARRANTY! I would recommend him to at least call Arisa before spending money on a high end system.

Mike came out and installed a water softener and an RO filter in my new home. He got the quote because he was the first guy to call me back, but he got the business because he laid out a plan and did everything he said he was going to do, and then some. The installations are neat and professional and Mike was great to work with. I really appreciate how after he installed the softener he came back the next day, while I was out of town on business, to check for water leaks where he modified my water main. After installing the RO filter he even helped me diagnose a problem with an electrical switch for my dishwasher and garbage disposal. Top notch service and I'm glad I hired Mike. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

After dealing with many contractors while building a new home it was great to have Mike with Arisa Water provide the best customer service we received from anyone! He was prompt & polite and he knew what he was doing. He even came back the next day to finish because another contractor was putting in the backsplash. We highly recommend Arisa Water/Mike - we would give him a score of 10 if it was possible. PS - the water softener was installed correctly and is working well.

Mike installed a water softener at my house for a really good price and looks really proper like a true professional did it. He really took his time with the install to make sure everything was done right. He ran Into some issues with my main water shut off valve on my house and went out and got the parts to replace that even before he installed my softener. He saved me a lot of money doing that because another plumber would have charged me quite a bit just to replace that main. If you need a softener installed in your house, do yourself a favor and call Mike rather than throw money away by hiring someone else.

Mike and Sharma presented as the model company to contract with for water softener and reverse osmosis system in our new home in Goodyear. We are only part-time residents in AZ at the present and Mike accommodated our schedule over the Christmas/New Year holiday. Mike was on time for the estimate and for the installation. He was meticulous in his work, informed me that if he made a change to the builders plumbing, it could void our home warranty. Quickly we were able to get in contact with the builder plumbing contractor supervisor and resolved the issue. Unfortunately, I am used to contractors that would have just moved forward and not communicated that there could be a potential issue! The Arisa price and warranty were extremely competitive, offered many options and provided valuable information about the AZ environment for us to make an informed decision. We could not have been more pleased with the service, product, installation, and level of professionalism.
