"Louie Rose and Mark McNamara installed our new Master shower. We are very happy with the matrrials used, and the installation that went so moothly and quickly on a very hot Arizona summer day! They were right on time, courteous, and masters at their craft. They reviewed the project with us before beginning the work, checked in with us to confirm our placement preferance on shelves and grab bars we had chosen, and then disposed of all the old materials cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend Louis and Mark for your new shower installation!"

"Big horn was quick, but did the job correctly. They thought of everything before they started the install of my overhead racks in my garage. They asked thoughtful questions to make sure I was going to get the most utilization out of my product that I purchased. Great job guys!"

"I took several contractors to homes I wanted to purchase and remodel. But the only one that came prepared was Vicente from Lean Developers Corp. I am a very interesting client because of my background in interior design. After we purchased the home his team worked a miracle on my home that was built in 1936. His team was nice, polite, and diligent workers."

"I had Mark the owner of AZTRADEPROS come and install a custom bar top for me. I needed something simple yet stylish. He spent about 35 hours on it and I paid him for those 35 hours. He helped me get materials and save the most money by coming with me and helping me purchase it. We ended up with pretty much zero scrap. Everything we bought was used. We made use of his truck a lot which was great. Lots of wood working. It came out exactly as I had hoped and his presence was very enjoyable throughout the process. Very courteous, communication was great, cleaned up after himself, checked in with my often to ensure things were moving in the direction I had preferred, so each hour of his time was put to the best use. I will be hiring him for small other small jobs and keep him in my contacts as a great all around handymen. He has lots of stories of his prior work and he takes passion in whatever he does. Anything that you need a handyman for he could do it no problem. I reccomend, happy customer."

"I had 4 installers come over 1.5 days to demo out and install a brand new shower. The two names I have are Andre Elmore and Jorge R. Jorge led the team and had incredible customer service, answering all my questions and explaining all the steps. All 4 installers were polite, professional, on time, and kind. I recommend Jacuzzi (through Costco) for all bath/shower remodeling."

"I highly recommend Kirk Development Company, during my bathroom remodel the Supervisor, Michael Lentine, was very professional and always kept me informed on the progress of the job via white board/texts and kept the project on track. He also made frequent inspections to insure the quality of the work being done and paid attention to every detail and kept the job site clean and organized. He was very receptive to my questions and concerns regarding the project. For example, he took the time to position the grab bars so they would be easily accessible and made suggestions to improve the utility/functionality of the bathroom. For example, replacing old shower parts, relocating the shower drain, and repositioning the light fixture. He also came out on the weekend when I reported a problem!"

Grab Bar Installation FAQs, answered by experts

To make your gate safe, purchase a gate made from strong material such as wrought iron, stainless steel, or other metals. Ensure that the gate has strong joints and bars that are welded on rather than inserted loosely. If you’re concerned about people climbing over your gate, you can deter them by installing fence spikes along the top as an extra precaution.

Yes, many providers offer reinforced steel, fire-rated, and electronic access doors for businesses.

In addition to window well covers or bars, you can take a few more steps to boost basement window security. Try motion-activated lighting; it scares off potential intruders by lighting up when someone gets too close. Strengthening your window glass with impact-resistant security film can also deter forced entry. A dependable home security system with window sensors and cameras offers real-time monitoring and alerts for added protection. Lastly, fostering good relationships with neighbors can establish a supportive community watch network, enhancing your home's safety.

Strike plates and security plates are the same thing, but there are strike plates that offer more security than others. For the highest security, look for plates made of heavy-duty steel, reinforced strike plates thicker than regular ones, and extended strike plates. It’s much harder to break into a door with these strike plates because they hold up better to force from attempted entry.

Many security doors come with clear and easy-to-follow installation instructions. Some even include predrilled holes and mounting hardware, making the process smoother. If you're a handy DIY enthusiast, you might find it enjoyable to take on installing a security door.

However, if you're uncomfortable with DIY tasks or want to ensure a flawless installation, you can always seek the help of a local door installer. They have the expertise and experience to get the job done efficiently and correctly.
