Lon and team were great to work with, always responsive, and open to ideas while making good recommendations based on our wants and the usable space. The overall project was great and our new bathroom looks great although there were several small items that either caused rework or a non-optimal workaround solution, which is the only thing keeping this from a 5-star rating. I would use Lon and Shower and Bath again with that being said.

After extensive research, we selected Shower and Bath for our bathroom remodeling project based on their positive reviews. Lon and his crew lived up to their reputation and our expectations. The project included a master bath, guest bath, laundry room, and linen closet renovation. The criteria that I feel are most important when working with a contractor are cost estimate adherence, project timeframe estimate accuracy, and quality of work. With his creative design ideas, Lon was able to help us with the new master bath floorpan and material selection for all rooms. With only a slip in the estimated schedule due to some last minute design changes, Lon met all of my criteria. The results are three rooms and a linen closet that are updated, more useable, and reflect the high level of quality that Shower and Bath deliver. Even though there were design changes adding, deleting, and changing items, the original cost estimate was maintained. High quality materials were used throughout the project. Lon told us, up front, that he is not happy with a project unless his clients are happy with what he and his crew have delivered. He proved that to be true with our project as they completed the work reflecting the perfection that we and Lon demanded in the finished product. We could not be happier with our time with Lon and his crew during the project process and with our renewed rooms. When we are ready to do our kitchen renovation, we know who we will call!

Having had a bad experience earlier this year with a different company we were a little hesitant to try again. However, from start to finish we were so pleased with the work Lon and his crew did for us. Every person that came into my home was professional and highly qualified at what their job was to do. Besides the redesigning done in the master bathroom they also completed several unfinished jobs in the kitchen and built in a bookcase for us as well as doing some electrical work and creating a custom made linen closet for the bathroom and painting. We couldn’t be happier and will absolutely use them again when we make other updates in the future. I have little skill with design and colors so it was helpful to have someone guide me through the selection process of everything. I can’t speak more highly of everyone that worked so hard and in record time to make a room functional and attractive. Best remodel experience I’ve ever had!

When I finally decided the time had come to remodel my almost 40 year old master bathroom, I received a number of estimates. Only one company made me feel it was the right match. Lon, from ShowerAndBath.com came over to my home to review my 'small' project. I gave him a wish list and he jumped on board saying, "We can do that" to every item on my list, including a pocket door and removing the dropped ceiling and false wall in the shower. He didn't hesitate when I said I wanted the shower controls moved to where it was easier to reach. Through the whole process of design and implementation, the folks on his team are awesome. They are professional to the core and it was a pleasure to work with each of them. We encountered a few problems along the way, but not surprising on a home this old, but Lon and his crew took each issue in stride and worked to solve it. My bathroom once felt small, cramped and to be honest rather ugly. Now I love the bathroom! I want to just live in there! Lon of Shower and Bath Connection worked with us closely on our selections. He was very helpful in offering ideas while also listening to our desires. We spent a lot of time perfecting the layout of the kitchen especially the cabinets. Lon’s crew started by completely removing everything form the old kitchen. This was followed by extensive electrical work prior to beginning the installation of the new cabinets and associated items. The Shower and Bath Connection crew did a wonderful job. They had previously remodeled 3 bathrooms for us. Because of the quality of their work and honest businesslike performance we decided to use them to create our new kitchen

Lon and his crew were great to work with. We wanted design with function and Lon’s knowledge of products and materials along with his excellent craftsmen brought it all together. They were professional and courteous and always left things clean and tidy. We were consulted before any installation to be sure it met our specifications. We had one minor communication glitch and I made one phone call and it was taken care of immediately.

Lon and his crew found quite a few things wrong with the shower like the previous contract used grout to attach tile to the wall and not connecting the air vents together. I found out the Lon is very, very much a perfectionist in all aspects of the job from start to finish. He put new tile in and rebuilt the shower from scratch. He and his crew did a very very good job. He communicated to us what was going during all phases of the work.

It went very well. It took a bit longer than expected but with a job this size, it is sometimes difficult to get all the sub-contractors to work on your schedule. Lon and Brian worked hard and were meticulous in detail. This is the fourth remodel done for me by Shower & Bath...they are the only ones I call when a new project comes up!

Since then, Lon's team has replace the garbage disposal in our 1969 home and installed a clean-out pipe (hadn't been one before) to the sewer, including plumbing work and sheetrock replacement. I call Lon for everything.

Mr. Lipsack and his workers were professional and courteous at all times.  They listened to what we said and double checked with us to make sure we were communicating well.  Mr. Lipsack worked with us by giving us options that would work within our budget.  He made suggestions, which were helpful, but was not pushy with his opinion.  Our bathroom exceeded our expectations.  The custom cabinets are gorgeous and attention to detail was shown throughout the entire process.  I especially appreciate Bryan.  He answered all my questions, was patient and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our remodel.  Mr. Lipsack was on site almost every day to make sure everything was perfect.

Lon and his team were great! Even though the job was just before the holidays, they coordinated the work so there was almost no "dead time." Right after the demo, they laid enough tile so we could have a working toilet. Everything about the work was top notch, and the products they used were top of the line.

Wanting to stay in our own home as long as possible, we decided to remodel the master bathroom in our 55-year-old house. One thing led to another, and we decided to update the hall bathroom, family room and kitchen as well. It was a nine-week project (plus some later follow-ups), and we are delighted with the results. We are especially happy to have a wonderful bathroom for "aging in place." The most dramatic change is having a walk-in shower with no bottom lip to step over. Along with being functional, the bathroom is beautiful as well. It doesn’t look like something that only a person with a disability would want. A designer drew up plans for several parts of our project, but for the master bathroom, Lon said he didn’t need one. He told us he had made something similar for his own father, and the visiting “angels” (home-health aides) had always told him how easy it was to provide care there. In our own situation, our experience so far has been the same. Lon was trustworthy, responsive, made a quality product, and went above-and-beyond what he needed to do in many cases. And, he kept being responsive long after he could have called the job done. The bathroom, kitchen areas and family room are now perfect for our needs. We highly recommend Shower and Bath Connection.

It was suggested by Lon Libsack (owner) that we not be present during the messy parts of the demolition and construction.  So, since we were planning a summer vacation anyway, we left our home in Lon's care.  I cannot imagine trusting my home and property to anyone else.  So all communication during the construction was done via phone calls, texting and emails.  Lon was very responsive whenever we contacted him.  During the pre-construction period, we selected the various tiles to be used in the showers, walls and floors.  From that, Lon was able to develop a design that turned out beautifully.  Though we were not home during the construction, I think the entire job took about six weeks and they were working pretty much continuously during that time.  Everything went smoothly and we returned from our vacation to two impressive bathrooms.  I was hoping there was a way on Angie's List to attach some pictures, but since there isn't, you'll just have to take me at my word that Lon did truly exquisite work on our bathrooms.  I highly recommend him to anyone in the Phoenix area.

The shower is beautiful!!!  My husband & I are not only very impressed, but very appreciative of the work done by Martin, Bryan, & everyone else at Shower & Bath Connection!!!!  They are all extremely courteous, and put their customers first.  They always arrive right on time, and they often had gave me a choice, before doing something (colors, height, etc.)

 They actually went out of their way & removed a light out of our ceiling (including patching/repairing the ceiling hole).  
Not only did they do an outstanding job at cleaning the whole bathroom - but they also went as far as to touch paint the walls. 
We are extremely happy and thankful w/their work and how well they respected us!!!

It went well and we are extremely happy with the results.  This was a major remodel and in the end we feel like we have a new house that is built better than an actual new house.  We had good interaction and collaboration with the company, the designer, the city, and material vendors and great personal attention when we were making the critical decisions of style and color.  A project this size can be overwhelming but we felt confident that we were making informed decisions along the way. There were a lot of details and whenever I contacted them by phone or text, I got a quick response.  Once in a while, when Lon or the crew were delayed, Lon would always call or text to let us know, so we weren't sitting waiting.  They were very flexible with off hours meetings if we needed to accommodate our work and family schedules.  They were willing to work on weekends to catch up if things didn't go as planned.  Our house had some work done by a previous owner that was not to code and hidden that took some extra effort to fix. 
This work started conceptually as just a kitchen and bath update, but we were impressed with the way Lon and the designer looked to a more innovative vision of what our space could be, so we went ahead and increased the scope of the project.  We had a good feeling of trust and competence - we could tell that we were getting experienced advice.
 
We had the choice to deal with the city ourselves, but we chose to have Shower and Bath Connection manage all those details.  Lon handled everything with the city, managing all the plans, permits and inspections which was a great relief.

Lon and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Lon was very instrumental in helping us focus on our vision and made great suggestions that made the finished product even better. He has an eye for detail, and high expectations for his work crew. Every worker was polite, responsive to questions, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after each day, and in general took great care of our house. As far as cost, we obtained 3 bids initially. Shower and bath was competitive, but not the cheapest. However, quality of work was most important to us, as well as expertise in helping us make design decisions.  Lon and his team were excellent, and I highly recommend them.

I'll be honest, we were a little concerned about Lon missing our initial appointment and then being late to the subsequent one. In his defense, he was getting a lot of work and had many projects happening at the same time.  Once we had Lon onsite, he was outstanding - he listened and understood our plan, provided excellent advice and helped design some elements we hadn't considered (the medicine cabinet built in to the wall was such a neat suggestion).  We had never done a full ground up remodel and really wanted good design suggestions - another vendor didn't do that, so we really wanted to work with Lon.  Our new tub was huge so he took very careful measurements and in the end, it doesn't feel like we're cramped in the bathroom - we're very happy with the end result.  There were a few painful moments during the project, but that's to be expected with a $20K job.  Lon was constantly available via text or e-mails.  His crews were very professional and friendly and never told us something we wanted couldn't be done - they made it all work and it came together exactly as we imagined.

Lon was very responsive from the initial call for an estimate to completion of the job. He came out the same day I requested a quote. He quickly evaluated what we might want as far as our style. We met at the tile store and Lon assisted us in our tile choices. All along the process he gave us his professional opinion about our ideas which helped make the job a success. The tile work was outstanding. Everything in both bathrooms was replaced.
He and his crew stayed with the remodel until they were completed. Bryan, the onsite manager, was very professional and communicated with us throughout the process.
After completion there were a couple of minor adjustments that needed to be fixed and Lon came out immediately to take care of those. He stressed that his main goal was for us to be satisfied with the work. We are.
At this time we are putting together all of the details to totally remodel our Master Bath. That job should start very soon.

Amazing.  Lon is an expert.  He made my island one level and converted us to farmhouse sink.  Amazing attention to detail.  Extremely responsive, and squeezed my small job into their busy scheduled.
