I am very pleased with the service I received from Zona Floors. I hired them to remove carpet from my primary bedroom and replace it with “wood-look” tile. I had a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone involved in my project were great. Tom the owner, Audrey the salesperson, Ray the installer and Abraham head of installation, were all hands on, responsive, and professional. Audrey presented (via her laptop) a visual of how my floor could look with various tile options. Once I decided to move forward, the communication was consistent and timely. I received email and text messages throughout the entire project. I signed the contract, made the deposit and final payment with ease. The transactions were all handled electronically. Overall, I had a great experience and will consider hiring Zona Floors for future projects.

Zona Floors was fabulous. Within minutes of submitting my request via Angi’s List I got a call from the owner to schedule an estimate. Audrey was right on time and incredibly professional yet friendly. She gave me a great estimate and we scheduled the project for a few weeks out. The crew that showed up was punctual and professional. We had minor discrepancy on the tile (my original floors were installed 9 years ago so matching the tile would be impossible). The Zona Floors crew worked with me to minimize and differences between the new tile and the old and we LOVE the finished product. My husband, who was out of the country when I had this done, was extremely happy with the finished product. I have recommended Zona Floors to all my friends and will be reaching out directly to them when I do the upstairs next year.

Zona floors was amazing! We found Zona floors after our restoration company’s subcontracted tile team had failed to show up and listen repeatedly. We are SO GRATEFUL we parted ways with them and came to ZONA FLOORS. Tom was quick to get out and get us a quote. Abraham and the team showed up an hour early, to start the job and they didn’t stop until it was finished. They were fast, efficient and friendly, but most importantly they had quality work. We are, a huge step closer to being back home and being displaced for almost 3 months this was our biggest hurdle and because of them we got over that hurdle! They’ll do our carpets next. We are so grateful for the entire team
