Wayne is VERY professional and treats your home as if it were his own. Great work, on time and lives nearby. He works on the same principal my own father taught me. If you're going to do something, do it right the first time or don't do it at all. He did everything just right!

Could not have done better!

Once the Handyman got here, it went well. However, the appointment was scheduled for Friday, May 30 at a window of 12-2pm and at 1:30pm he called and said that he had gotten tied up at the job he was currently at and would call me when he was done. I received a call around 3pm in which he said he was on his way and based on where he told me he was, was about 30 minutes away. He asked if it was ok with us if he grabbed some lunch and of course, we said it was totally ok, but evidently it wasn't drive-thru because he did not show up to our house until a little after 5pm. After showing him the project we had [installing a ceiling fan in our master closet - cheapest one at Lowe's], he got on the phone to check in with his company and get the quote but no one was answering so we were sitting in our kitchen until he got a call back.
He finally got a call back by about 5:45pm and gave us our quote [which was REALLY reasonable!!! Install and drywall repair for $90]. We approved it but what we didn't realize was that we would be responsible for the supplies. So after we signed the quote, he gave my husband a few items that he would need. My husband ran to our local Ace Hardware, picked up what he thought was what was needed and rushed back. Was not the correct stuff and there were now additional items to pick up. My husband then ran out to Home Depot and collected everything that was on the list and called me before leaving Home Depot to ask the repair man if there was anything else.
After all of the supplies were provided, a sheet to cover the floor was provided by us [drywall was going to be cut out of the ceiling], the Handyman got to work. Though he completed the job BEAUTIFULLY, it was after 8pm on Friday night that he finished. It took a little while, but my husband found the conversation entertaining and the fan works perfectly while the drywall repair was flawless!

The Knowledgeable Handyman certainly lived up to his company name, as I found Wayne to be professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a great job, even having to deal with a couple unexpected issues that cropped up due to a previous installation by someone else. He was patient, simply dealing with the unforeseen issues, and even made a trip to get extra parts to complete the installation. At no time did he indicate there would be extra charges, but did keep me informed of his progress - and his commitment to complete the job at his quoted rate. I'd certainly use him again, and in fact have already scheduled him for a return call for additional work around my home. All in all, a great find, my first time using Angie's List.

He was prompt and extremely courteous. He provided a fair estimate and performed the work exceptionally. The repair was better than the original. Great JOB!

Wayne was on time ,very professional, did outstanding work, cleaned up after job better than expected.

It went very well. He was polite and neat and he even went to home depot for a part we needed and didn't even charge for it or add on to the original cost.

I have used this handyman for a variety of tasks around my home and always find him to be attentive to my needs and knowledgeable about general household repairs and services. One thing I really like is his and quot;can doand quot; attitude. He has so far not told me anything I needed done was either beneath him or too much for him. Sometimes that can be a red flag, but in the case of The Knowledgeable Handyman, my experience has been he really does have a great deal of knowledge about household services.

All work performed in time and in a professional manner, highly recommended.

They did a great job. We have their number to call them again if we ever need anything. They're very quick to respond to get here. They're very easy to work with. They have a good rate.

He knew what he was doing, everything went well and used his own parts for free when he could.

Wayne is GREAT! I got his name off of Angie's List a few years back and always call him when I have some and quot;Honey Do'sand quot;. He has always been more than fair when charging for a job and returns my calls immediately.
Wayne's become my and quot;go-to-guyand quot; whenever I need a handyman.

He does little odds and ends jobs as well as bigger jobs. He has installed countertops, GFI electrical outlets and replaced sinks and fans. He has installed drywall and done drywall patch work; he does everything. I think he used to be an electrical engineer and is now retired; so he does this for fun. I like everything about him although sometimes he is a little slow on returning emails but I know he is busy. I give him an A for quality but that does not include his drywall patchwork.

When I called Wayne he said he didn't know if he could fix it or not -- it depended on what was wrong. I appreciated his honesty. However, he was able to fix it. The price was good. He's definitely knowledgeable. It was a good experience.

He is very good. He is a perfectionist for sure. He likes things done correctly. He is real busy. I do not want to report anything bad because, he really is good. He does things the right way. He does not compromise. He will do things the right way. He was on time.

Wayne the plumber changed a pipe and connector but never fixed the leak. He suggested we needed a new water softener. Not Impressed. Wont use this company again. He shouldn't be listed as a plumber.

On time,professional work, will use again. Very Satisfied !
