It went well.

From beginning to end, Ricardo made sure to be thorough on what needed to be done and saw to it for full completion. He and his team did a full interior paint and understood where we were coming from and helped us repair and paint to be in a better situation. Very glad for frequent updates on the progress and was glad Ricardo had an eye for quality on his work. Thankful he and his team were able to repair/replace stucco that had mold on it, repair the source of a leak and install our new water heater. Ricardo is very knowledgeable in his craft and saw he was able to care for big items like our mold situation down to the garage door not properly opening. I’ll be sure to seek out Ricardo again for our next project and all things home improvement, renovation or remodelling!

Ricardo came out, assessed the work, and gave me a quote. I didn’t realize that I needed to paint over a glossy finish. There’s gonna be more work involved than I thought but I’m definitely gonna hire Ricardo and his team. He’s honest and hard-working. Well out here, I enlisted him to come back and help me out with the project in the backyard. He gave me a great price and finished up a very large self watering raised garden bed for us. Great work very professional. I definitely recommend hiring this contractor.

I already paid him $1100. Told me he is a professional, he does not even have any tools when he arrived. Looks like he does not even know what he's doing. Horrible service! Even painted my walls with the wrong color. Promised to give me back $300 and now he cannot be reached. On that day he didn't even show up on time and when he started work there was water damage paint he didn't even scrape it off but painted on top and there was large spot paint was stick off the wall about quarter of inch when I touch with my hand it's fall apart and he not match the color my ceiling is white beige and he painted plain white and my walls have greenish color and he put brownish color and blame me and he said I am not here to match the paint color.

Ricardo said he would paint the inside of our home. After he was paid, he rarely showed up to work and when he did his hours consisted of arriving around 11am and leaving around 1pm. His work week would typically be 2-3 days a week, 2 hours a day. He was a terrible painter as he sprayed paint all over our ceilings and droppings all over the floors. DO NOT this dishonest, crook. He is NOT a painter. After you pay him, he will ghost you.

The job was never completed and Lizardi just stopped coming with no communication. Their overall communication was terrible. I had to call to find out when and if they would show up. They took half of my money upfront, but did not do the work that would have corresponded to that amount. The work that was done was not very good. There is primer on my mirror. They left trash and a mess in one of the rooms.

Ricardo Lizardi - 10 stars. He called within 10 min. of my ad and was at the job site to assess and give an estimate within 2 hours. Price was very fair for all the painting they did. Nice job. Even repainted the bathroom semi gloss, that had been mistakenly painted with latex by previous painter just days before. I was fortunate to be able to jump into an immediate opening to get new paint in my living, dining, 2nd bdrm, hall and 2 bathrooms in 2 days. I highly recommend Ricardo who is an experienced journeyman of construction and other aspects of home building & design. I will be hiring him again to replace countertops and to open up my Arizona Room with a whole new design. Thank you Ricardo, and Andy. I'm super satisfied. Regards, D.Peters
