Vicente is a perfectionist. He will get the project finished with extras to make sure it’s done right. I appreciated the accountability to replace tiles damaged by his crew during the renovation. This was a positive experience.

Vicente and his crew are very concerned about keeping the premises clean during the construction which means a lot to us because we are living in part of the house all of his workers are very pleasant and understanding to our needs I would recommend Vicente’s Business to any of my friends and I have done so and he has picked up work from that all of which were Very happy with his work Vicente he’s attention to detail things that you may not even think about which makes me happy he is doing a great job

I took several contractors to homes I wanted to purchase and remodel. But the only one that came prepared was Vicente from Lean Developers Corp. I am a very interesting client because of my background in interior design. After we purchased the home his team worked a miracle on my home that was built in 1936. His team was nice, polite, and diligent workers.

I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated and hard working crew. Vincent is trustworthy and when he advises on a project he is not only knowlegable but gives you a choice!! Right off the bat what you notice is Vicente the GC is very customer service oriented . I’ve never had this level of customer service presented with any previous GC I’ve worked with. He listens very well to every detail of what you need accomplished and is very patient and understanding. He wants to make sure the job gets done 100% to your satisfaction. I am very glad I found him here on Angie’s List and will be using him in all my future remodels. I would highly recommend using Vicente for any project you may have , large or small, as he has an outstanding crew of talented individuals to get the job done on short notice! Lastly his rates are very reasonable, his estimate to do my job was very competitive and most importantly passed all city inspections first time and without any issues. I highly recommend using this company!!

Vicente and his team were fantastic. I wasn't sure about my project and he listened to several different ideas and gave me pricing for each. He carefully listened to what my end goal was and worked hard to make sure that was completed. I will use Lean Developers Corp in the future for any other projects I may need assistance with.

Vicente was able to pick up where I ran out of time in my master suite remodel and complete it to my intended design. We ended up having him complete more after the master suite. That additional work included, but is not limited to, the remodel of our other bathroom, tile the upstairs hallway to match the master (herringbone pattern) as well as the bathroom and laundry room, paint the entire interior of the house after repairing/finishing drywall, epoxy coat the garage and patio floors, and replace leaking faucets and valves outside. Vicente has become one of the select few that I would call for assistance with any projects I have around our house that I don't have time to tackle.

It is beautiful. Everything he does is just perfection. Super nice guy and his family as well.
