"We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project."

"We enjoyed Regal Bath & Kitchen, and would hire the again to do our home remodel. We had initially requested a quote from a different company, but we didn't even pay attention to the other company after meeting Rich. I was impressed with Regal Bath's professionalism and trusted them to do the work on our house. What struck me about Rich was that he was a good listener, and was great about repeating back to us what he thought he heard. We saved a lot of time and our communication was good throughout the project. He also uses text messaging effectively, and that was the best way to get hold of us and keep us on schedule. We visited his appointment-only showroom and were able to quickly pick out some tile samples that we thought were a fit, and figure out a design for the bathrooms. They used outstanding folks who did our tile and designed our bathrooms, and what I liked is that they drew an exact version of what the bathroom would look like, how the tile would flow and we talked about it. Then, we changed it and adjusted it over time to take account of small unexpected events that occurred (location of plumbing was different after they tore the walls down to re-plumb the bathroom). What was really crucial was that Patrick, the tile installer, and Rich, the manager, were incredibly creative, and they both suggested designs for the bathrooms that my husband and I had not even thought about. We were so grateful for their experience, and also, loved the designs they came up with. Also, we adjusted the designs as needed over time with good communication. I felt as if they were listening to us.
