"Miguel came to our house as one of 5 estimates I collected for this project--by far the person I was most comfortable with based on his knowledge of the process and ability to answer my questions about drainage, materials, timeline, etc. Steadfast's pricing was also very competitive compared to the other estimates I was given (in some cases, $2-5k less)--and their ability to schedule my project resulted in less of a wait than some others. Miguel came by the day before the project began with the project manager Joel, to mark the yard and make sure we had all details worked out--I adjusted several small details of the project and wanted to address where digging would take place to preserve tree roots. Each of my changes were made, and my concerns addressed. Joel and his team arrived promptly each day of work, and worked HARD. The project was complete in less time than predicted, and the the product is just beautiful! A flag stone patio and resurfaced stairs that we will enjoy for years to come. "First off let me say that they responded to my request for a quote very speedy. Second they did a Magnificent job with my home. It was cleaner than it was when I moved in. They even threw some extra services in there . I had my jets on both of my Jacuzzi tubs cleaned and sanitized. The tub looked brand new. My ceiling fan were dusted beautifully. My washing machine looked brand new and my oven was cleaned out very well. Those are the services I paid for and when I got home I found that my floors had been swept and mopped . Also they had washed the dishes that I left in the sink. On top of that they left my toilet paper folded into cute little triangle shapes . I will definitely be hiring them again. I am very pleased with the work they did."

"I didn't have a great experience with HAL Co. They take FOREVER to return calls/emails. The day they were scheduled to come replace my fence they no-showed and I had to call the office around 4 pm to find out they weren't coming because a job was running late. The rescheduled installation was a day I was in the office. The crew said the outlet in my back yard wasn't working, so they left without calling me or ringing the doorbell to ask about it (the circuit just needed to be reset, which my partner at home could have done). I didn't find out until several hours later when the office called to tell me the crew had left. The fence finally got installed, and a few days later a neighbor found nails in two of his tires. The crew claimed they performed a metal sweep of the area, but now the neighbor is trying to get me to replace his tires. Finally, the gate latch got damaged somehow, possibly in a storm that happened a few days after the fence install, and HAL wanted $130 to replace the latch. I bought a latch kit off Amazon for $30 and did it myself."
