Great job, on time, and did good work

Very good work! And they use REAL rebar - not mesh (for my purposes)! Cleaned up really well after the job was done. Even poured a little slab on the side of the house with some extra concrete they had left over. Now I use that for lawn equipment! Very professional and the slab for my new shed is perfect! I would not hesitate to use L&L again in the future.

They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were professional from start to finish, the quote was handed to me before they left the premises, the project was started when they stated it would be, the workers knew what they were doing and did it in a professional and timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and left the premises clean.

Excellent Job

L&L was my third bid, but will always be my first from now on. Lloyd and Louis saw things others hadn't, were friendly and professional, and showed sincere interest in taking care of things. Estimate was reasonable and they could start much quicker than I expected. When the work day started Louis met the work team early in the morning, walked me through what would be happening, and the team knocked it out. Both Lloyd and Louis swung by at the end of the day to give it a once over with me. (The way all contractor managers / owners supervisors should do at the end of a job!) I was thrilled with the work. Especially the outstanding clean up effort! For the price and the quality of work, I was very impressed and would strongly recommend them to anyone!

We had L&L resurface our driveway with a decorative stamped surface several years ago and we love it. This work was to repair a chipped area - caused by the original driveway moving, not L&Ls work. They also resealed the driveway and it looks brand new!

The work was completed quickly and cleanly and the patio looks amazing. I will definitely use L&L again if I ever need more concrete work.

The work done was just GREAT. We hired L and L to install our original overlay on our porch. Lloyd designed a beautiful cobblestone overlay with a "walk way" path scored in it. It is a small area but Lloyd treated us as if we were a million dollar customer! It was beautiful when first installed and remains beautiful. We had it cleaned and resealed. As always - the work was done on time, as promised, high quality and cleaned up the work areas. Highly recommend and we will use again. They were cooperative and worked with us as they went along.

Overall, everything went great. This company is responsive, price is very competitive and the team who did the work were professional. My only one minor issue - there was a trench for the edge beam that was not relayed to the team, luckily I was home to point it out to them and they incorporated it, took an extra 30mins. I would definitely use them again for another home project for sure!!!

L&L finished removing a section which should have been done before they arrived. I would recommend L&L to anyone and I will be using them in the future when needed.

We had a great experience with our project with L & L Concrete Contractors. We needed to repair/replace our curb & gutter along the street, our front sidewalk and the walkway to the home. I contacted L&L Concrete Contractors and got an appointment scheduled 4 days later. Lloyd Lozano arrived on time and was very friendly. We discussed what we needed to have done but not sure what kind of price we were looking at. Lloyd said he will provide us a bid to show the price to ‘repair’ the existing concrete and a price to ‘replace’ the existing contrete. Within days, I receved an email from Angel with the bid attached. The bid was broken down and very easy to understand; the prices were reasonable. I had addition questions and Angel answered them clearly and promptly. I was contacted by both Lloyd and Angel to let me know the project start date. Once the project started, it went like clockwork. Each day, the workers arrived to complete the tasks for that day and progress continued each day until the project was complete. The workers were very respectful and there was minimal disruption to our property. I would definatlely use them for future proects and highly recommend them to anyone considering concrete work.
