Small jobs welcome

"Juan and his crew did an amazing job! From start to finish I had no problems! Juan was professional, on time, honest, and extremely knowledgeable! Juan helped with great suggestions after describing my idea to him during the free estimate. He communicated when the rain storms kept delaying my project and didn't try to start the job knowing a bad storm was on the way. He cares more about the final outcome than just getting the job done. Juan and his crew are meticulous! They paid attention to every detail. He pitched my driveway just right! No more puddles and I absolutely love the final outcome! I will definitely use JM Concrete LLC for another project and highly recommend them!"

"We had about 8 companies come out and give us a quote for our yard. Dubon was by far the most fair. There were no hidden costs, no upselling, just straightforward, honest hardworking. The fence went up as scheduled and completed on time. The fence looks great! We are so happy with the project, and our dogs are even more happy. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"My concrete porch had cracks and was sinking in a couple of areas. They applied an overlay to the whole porch. The overlay developed a problem within a few days. Ben and Monty responded to my concerns immediately. They came back within a week and fixed the problem. I am very satisfied with the job they did."

"The work was done in a professional manner. They were friendly and willing to answer questions about the work. The company handled all permits and scheduling the county inspector to come and clear the job. It completely cleared up the leaking problem in the basement, and the foundation is good for the rest of the house's live. They cleaned up really well, there was no dust problem, and in the area they dug a trench, they even reseeded the lawn with grass seed. We were very happy with the work and feel like we are safe from any more foundation problems."

"Yes the job was done efficiently and the customer service was ok. That is until we spoked today and I was told that they couldn?t extend the driveway all the way to the street because the area where the storm drain was located belonged to the County. BUT when the original conversation was had, Paul stated that it could/ would be done so I wouldn?t have to worry about the mud collecting at the beginning of my driveway. I will insert texts and pics of how things went? The first pics are of the beginning/reason for the work. The second, are the texts. Then it?s the pic of the new driveway and the area that?s missing."

Patios questions, answered by experts

Building a sunroom can take anywhere from two weeks to six months. An average-sized sunroom typically takes between two and eight weeks to complete, but more elaborate or larger projects can take longer. The final timeline depends on factors such as the sunroom's size, features, structural requirements, type, and whether it's a retrofit or a new build from scratch.

An Arizona room may or may not count toward your home’s square footage, depending on local regulations and the specifics of the room, but generally does not get included in the total square footage. In many locations, a room needs to be built to the same quality as the rest of the home, have an integrated heating/cooling system, and be habitable year-round to count toward square footage.

With proper maintenance, the average life span of a screened-in porch is six to eight years for the screens themselves, but the foundation and structure can last for 50 to 100 years. To keep your screened-in porch in good shape, clean your porch screens regularly, patch holes, re-seal the wood as needed, and address any foundational issues right away.

The average cost to enclose a patio to create a sunroom is around $5,000, and prices generally range from $3,000 up to $10,000. The price you pay will depend on the state of your patio and whether it needs repairs or additional structural support, the quality of the materials you choose, the size of your patio, and whether you plan to run utilities into and finish the sunroom. The price for a fully finished patio enclosure could run up to around $20,000, while you might pay just $2,500 for a screened-in porch.

Yes, enclosing a patio to create a sunroom or three-season room is often a good idea that adds value to your home. This project increases your home's usable square footage and creates a versatile space for relaxing or entertaining that is filled with natural light and can be used in various weather conditions. Homeowners may see an average return on investment (ROI) of around 70%. The final value added will depend on factors such as the quality of the materials, the level of finish, and the amount of yard space that remains after the enclosure.
