"My experience was not good. There was one guy and he did a good job. He gave me a rough estimate and he is going to come today for the work at nine and I took personal time from work and at nine he texted me saying he is coming at ten and then he called me and asked if we can reschedule. He wasn't being realistic and I took personal time from work and it took me so long to get an appointment. When he came with the estimate he did a good job. He was personable. He was conversational and kind of talked me through of what he was doing.

He was very honest with the work he completed and even the materials he purchased. John provided receipts and even discounted an item he was returning. We asked him questions if certain items should be fixed and he gave us honest recommendations if the items should be repaired or not. "The initial appointment was on a Friday morning and Ismael arrived on time. He explained what needed to be done and pointed out an issue with the A/C disconnect that I already knew would need to be addressed at a later time. I decided to get that issue resolved and agreed for the work to be done the following morning since Ismael needed to get the additional parts. All the work was done as discussed. Ismael is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing. I will be calling V&I electrical for any other electrical jobs I may need in the future.

"Gary installed recessed wafer lights and two new outlets in our living room, and new ceiling fans and switches in two bedrooms that had no prior electric/lighting.
