Joe arrived on time to examine the problem and immediately knew what had happened. He explained his theory (that the line had been cut) very clearly and demonstrated why he thought so. His expertise based in experience in dealing with similar problems were absolutely perfect for the job I needed done. He scheduled the work promptly and showed on time with 2 colleagues since a fair amount of digging was required. They dug up the old line and replaced it with a new line—upgraded by running it through rigid tubing so it couldn’t get cut ever again. I even got another unexpected and welcome upgrade since Joe provided a GFCI outlet on my patio. The team was very thorough and Joe was an excellent project manager. He is my new go-to for all things electric. I am very happy.
