"We had a small leak that only happened in severe rainstorms. Instead of diagnosing this problem the salesperson wa ted to sell us their complete system. They painted a picture of a poorly constructed basement with many problems. We resisted but finally agreed this was s mistake, because the only problem found after tearing up our basement was a dead sump pump and maybe extra weep holes could have been put in the crock. The original basement drainage system was correctly installed to code. Now our perfect basement floor has permanent scars and we are still fighting the concrete dust leftover from the project. The workers also damaged our vinyl siding and stained it with some type of solvent when cleaning areas that were marred during work. They are probably solve severe basement problems, but we were definitely “oversold”. We made a regrettable error in trusting their expertise."

"Salesman here 6 hrs. Quoted over $30lk got down to $25,500. Of course it was a good for today sign now price I had more estimates lined up but after 6 hrs and him acting like he was my husbands new bf and beer buddy he signed. Scheduled walkthrough- that was cancelled. Started work and had ?issues? that walk through would have found. Blew circuit breaker in workshop of basement, we now need an electrician bc even w replacing the circuit breaker w a new breaker it still turns off. Quotedi time length/ what they would be able to do by salesman- all wrong. Workers say it will be twice as long and what sales man said they could go around they can not. While excavating near the house, the workers “accidentally” broke our water main. This of course was our fault and cost us an additional $3000! Read your contract. There is a small clause about accidents not being their fault. Subsequently, we had no water for two days and a large plumbing bill from a plumber they sent. This may not be over."
