Boulders Concrete replaced existing wood steps with concrete steps plus added a metal railing since our yard is divided into two separate levels. They started on time and finished on time. Ted and his workers were very professional and did excellent work plus he saved me money over other bids. I would highly recommend this company.

We were looking to rebuild a crumbling concrete wall flanking our front stairs, adding railings, and including demolition and haul-away of old concrete. The wall itself slants and turns, and required some precision and care in reconstruction. This team gave us a terrific quote in very short order, had the team on the site within a week, and finished in great time. The work was first-rate, they were easy to work with (and cooperative as we needed to get in and out during construction) and consulted with me throughout on a few key decisions (on railings etc.). I'd work with them again, without question. Excellent.

The owner Ted lives down the street from me, and after seeing the work he has done to his own house, I stopped and asked for a quote on a concrete patio extension. His quote came in much cheaper than the one we received last year for the same project, and they were able to get it done within days (before my kid's birthday party). On top of this, Ted and his crew went above and beyond by replacing part of the existing sidewalk because he was not happy with how it looked trying to match up to my old shabby slanted walkway. We were extremely pleased with their work and even received several compliments during our party. Boulders Concrete will certainly be my first call on future projects, and I can highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Ted is the BEST! We got several quotes for pouring a small new patio, and his came in way less than the others. I was also way more impressed with Ted's customer service and communication than with the others who came out to do quotes. Some never even called me back. We waited almost a year to finally decide to do the project, and when I contacted him for a new quote, he said that his costs hadn't changed, so our quote wouldn't either! He and his crew are very kind and hard-working, and they cleaned up perfectly after the job was done. We LOVE the new patio. It looks beautiful. They did a great job and at a very reasonable price. Asked for an estimate on a driveway and foundation for a garage addition. Waited for a month for the estimate and they never replied. . I finally had to contact them for the bid. They refused to provide a bid. Waste of my time

"We worked very hard to please you by redoing work that was faultless. You paid us in full at the completion of the job and then one year later, reported us to the BBB, the WDATCP and took us to small claims attempting to earn back the full cost of the project. Each organization found your claims unsubstantiated and ruled against you. The landscaper that you used in court even said there were no issues with our work. Customer service is the most important factor in my business so I still wish we could have come to a resolution that satisfied you, but I’m not sure that was possible. Boulders Concrete Construction did an amazing job. They were on budget and finished the project when they said they would!! The end results were even better than we were expecting. They cleaned up everyday, and left the entire area spotless when the job was done. Ted answered all of our questions, wrote up several different quotes we asked for, and gave great professional advice to help us land on our final design. We will 100% be using this company again in the future, they did great work, had a friendly and fast crew, and they were super nice to our 2 year old boys who were just fascinated with the construction. We couldn’t be happier!!!

Excellent work -- beautiful results. They came just a couple weeks after contract was signed. This was a three day job, and each day they didn't leave without cleaning up the work area and removing all their equipment, making sure the area was safe for the family, even if it meant they stayed well after customary quitting time. They were careful of landscaping, they took away all of the old cement that had been broken up, and they did a nice job taking into account any need for necessary angles for drainage in some places. My neighbors have commented on how nice the work looks. I'm so pleased!!

Tedroy was very pleasant throughout the process. He and his workers finished preparing the section, forming and grading it from the existing sidewalk to level with the stoop. They did a beautiful job, including finding a cement company that would do such a small job!!

Tedroy removed the old sidewalk and prepared it well, using a kind of steel reinforcement bars (not regular highway rebars, which are heavier than necessary for a sidewalk, I think). I didn't see him pour the concrete, but he smoothed it out and shaped the edges nicely. Then he brushed it to improve winter traction.
