AAA Affordable Roofing

Worked with my insurance company on my behalf to help me get the most financial coverage possible. Did an excellent job of repair and re roofing my house and shed from tree limb damage. Responded within a couple of hours after I called to come out in the rain and remove the tree limbs and cover the damage to prevent water damage. Would highly recommend.

roofing company was good. On time and cleaned up after . Some problems with subcontractor who installed gutter. Roofer has said he will repair gutter.

I would recommend them. They never came and cleaned up after the fact and I had to dispose of materials they left myself.

I have owned the same house for 22 years in the Matthews area. Prior to replacing my roof with AAA Affordable Roofing in October 2009, it did not leak. I had a new roof put on, which went well, but over the last 5 years I have had to call them 2 different times to repair the same area for leaks; where the garage attaches to house. I paid for thw second visit to fix the leak. I again have a leak in the same area for the third time. Each time I hear the same story, sealant came loose.
Again, for 16 years prior to my new roof being put on, I never had a leak. Now, I have one every other year.
I have contacted another roofer, for a different opinion, as I feel there was, perhaps, an inherent error made during the reroofing process, techinque perhaps, but AAA Affordable Roofing just can't seem to fix it, or perhaps don't know how to repair it properly with long term results and integrity. I would not use these folks again and I will let you know what the new roofer finds...........

They did nice work. They worked quickly, and were excellent all around.

They were not good as the roof was still leaking even after they came 2-3 times. We asked for the back of the roof to be done but if they could not do it right the first time then it would not be possible for them to do the whole roof. The experience was really poor. We got the roof fixed by someone else.

It goes pretty good. I think their roofing work was done very well. They pointed out some bad wood but, I didn't like the replacement job that they did. They missed some bad wood also. Their professionalism left something to be desired. I had to end up paying another company to finish the job well.

Replacing my roof was never on my top 10 things that I want to do for the house... however, it was on the "need" list. Our house is almost 20 years old and weather had taken a bite out of a few shingles. It was time. Fortunately, my two neighbors had just had their roofs replaced. So, while AAA Roofing was finishing up those houses, I asked them to give me an estimate on mine. The estimate blew me away... in a good way. I jumped on the price. I had seen their workmanship up close, so it was not a hard decision. We scheduled the job around vacations and before I knew it, I had a nice, shiny new roof. Michael and Jeff were pleasant and accommodating while making the arrangements. And the on-site supervisor kept me involved every step on the way. They even re-roofed the small doghouse on the side of the house. :) I was also impressed by the clean-up. My husband and I only found a few nails here and there. While re-roofing isn't a fun house project, AAA Roofing sure made it an easy one.

This company is a very professional organization. The work was neatly done. They didn't trample my flower beds to badly. They cleaned up the debris very well. They gave me a 30 year warranty.

Very easy company to work with. Hard working crew. My only advice is to check your driveway carefully for nails. Even though they used a magnetic pick up tool, there were several nails in the driveway (especially after the dumpster was removed).

It went very well. The sales man was awsome. They were professional. I have recommended them to others. The estimate was very close to the final cost.

I would not hesitate to use them again.

This was an awful experience. The company came out to fix a leak in my roof for a flat rate of $350 and they would warranty the work for one year. They were at the house for all of 15 minutes and all the did was caulk the shingles in the area I said it was leaking. It rained soon after that and the roof still leaked in the same spot. The company came out again and laid some more caulk down. And guess what - it leaked again. They came out again and said the entire side of the roof should be replaced since the flashing had not been replaced when the roof was replaced by the previous owner. I called the previous owner to find out who installed the roof and if it was still under warranty. Guess who installed it - AAA Affordable Roofing - 3 years ago!! Called them up to come back out. Now the issue was not the shingles, not the flashing but wood rot. Their solution - caulk the wood rot! After 8 visits, $350, every excuse in the book - my roof still leaks.

I've had lots of problems. They do not show up when they say they will, they don't follow through, and they have been unresponsive to getting things done. They started the job mid September 2006, and said the work would take 10 days or 2 weeks. It is 7 weeks later, I have had nothing but problems, and the work is still not complete. Our roof had no leaks before it was replaced, but on the first rain, the new roof leaked. They did send someone out quickly to caulk and that seemed to resolve the problem. But now, they don't show when they say they will, and the job is just dragging out and incomplete. They say they will send someone right out when I call, but they don't send anybody. They have told me the work would be done "tomorrow" several times, but nobody shows up. I also have problems with the workmanship on the gutters, and they have been unresponsive.

Was my first time using these guys, and I'd use them again. They provided more information/options than other roofers do, and were very responsive. They delayed the job a bit, but were up-front about it.

The put on a 30 yr. warranty roof with a 5 year work guarantee. They called me back concerned that it would rain and made sure they got it taken care of.

Horrific experience. Multiple problems with the quality of the work. Several leaks resulted and no accountability from the company. Lower price for poor quality and shady business practices. BBB ultimately involved with no positive outcome. Run don't walk away from these guys.
