Was minor service, so experience was limited but overall positive. Appreciated that they suggested a low cost, minor adjustment rather jumping to assuming there was a bigger problem or repair needed. Parts department was helpful in identifying the parts I needed and price for OEM parts was more reasonable than expected for the plastic pieces I needed. Would do some more research before having them do a more major repair.

Service was great! All of the parts and work done was of high quality. The mechanics were all very polite. I am not used to taking my cars to service shops because I grew up with a dad and brother who always took care of my cars for me. But now that I'm in the midwest I have to pay to get my cars serviced. That being said, I personally felt the fixing of the window's motor was a bit pricey (but like I said, in the past I've had family take care of it for me...and I guess it was really the actual part that was the most expensive). The oil change however was very reasonably priced and of high quality. I will definitely go back to get my car serviced there in the future--hopefully my power-windows' motors will not need to be replaced!
