Same day service performed once I discovered this morning I had a problem with house/well pressure. Essentially, the "T" fitting that was installed in 2008, by another company along with new pump, had rusted a hole thru it on backside of fitting (galvanized). Pump was running constantly unable to build up pressure.

Installer replaced with a brass fitting (pulling pipe up from well) and made corrections to how the vertical and horizontal pipes were aligned/supported.

They were very friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. I even got a follow up call after service was completed. Found on Angie's list and was not disappointed. In the event I need further service, they get the

"I initially called back in March of last year inquiring what it would cost to replace my water heater. I'd gotten quotes from 2 other plumbers/ plumbing companies. Premier Services contacted via phone then via text. Very, very easy to communicate with, and they kept in contact with me at least twice within the last year, but not in an annoying or pushy way. Their quote was at least $300 cheaper than the other competitors. Still with quality product, Rheem. They also offered a lot of varieties with different warranty options. Jim installed my new water heater, very nice man. Kept me in the loop of how things were going with taking out the old heater (I like to know these things). Was in and out in 2 hours. It's so nice to have hot water again!! Would definitely recommend."

"Customer service was great. They mad it easy to get a quote, approve the proposal and get the work done. I will call them again next time when I need something done around the house. The best is that they do plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling so they can be the one place to call for work."

Plumbing questions, answered by experts

The cost of rough-in basement bathroom plumbing can be less expensive than the cost of rough-in plumbing in the rest of the house. Materials, labor, and fixtures make up the bulk of the price, but plumbing and electrical are often nearby to where your basement bathroom fixtures will be.

Ejector pumps can only push sewage 750 feet or less. That’s because their purpose is to move waste from your home to your sewer line—which is a relatively short distance. Grinder pumps can transport sewage further, but they manage lower volumes of waste than ejector pumps (and they don’t work with septic systems).

The P-trap is an essential part of the shower drain and is installed directly below it. It mainly functions as a barrier, preventing sewer gases and their odors from seeping into your bathroom. It also helps catch clogs so they don’t end up deeper in your home’s plumbing, where they’re more difficult to remove.

While a toilet dripping on the outside can be caused by condensation, a toilet that is constantly dripping on the inside is usually caused by a deteriorated flapper. This is one of the most common types of toilet leaks. As the flapper degrades, it won’t seal properly, and water will constantly leak into the toilet.

The amount of clean water your cistern can supply depends on its size and the local rainfall patterns. Cisterns range from a few hundred to several thousand gallons in capacity.

To estimate the potential supply, consider the average annual rainfall in your area and the catchment area of your roof. For instance, a 1,000-square-foot roof can collect around 600 gallons of water from just one inch of rainfall.

Multiply this by the average annual rainfall to get a rough idea. However, factors like evaporation and system efficiency will also play a role.
