"Same day service performed once I discovered this morning I had a problem with house/well pressure. Essentially, the "T" fitting that was installed in 2008, by another company along with new pump, had rusted a hole thru it on backside of fitting (galvanized). Pump was running constantly unable to build up pressure.
Installer replaced with a brass fitting (pulling pipe up from well) and made corrections to how the vertical and horizontal pipes were aligned/supported.
They were very friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. I even got a follow up call after service was completed. Found on Angie's list and was not disappointed. In the event I need further service, they get the

"The problem was discovered after returning from an out of town trip on a Sunday night. The person on call had us text him pictures. He diagnosed the problems (which was causing water leakage in the basement) and advised us how to stop the leakage until they could get here on Monday morning. Estimated the cost at $150. and arrival time at 9am. They called to ask if it was ok to come over at 8:30. Total cost was $135! Super job at a reasonable price in a timely manner."

"Each job was done professionally. The tub faucet was over 25 years old and he knew where to go to get the replacement parts to get it fixed. He really knows what he's doing. The water heater he picked out for us is top of the line. We are very grateful for the fine service we got."

"The written quote was misleading, ended up over $500.00 more than original quote. Over all very satisfied wiith work done. Employee that did the work was very polite and professional. The project manager was very personable and polite but needs to find a way to either write in baseline estimates on separate service costs independent of another unit being installed into the the quote or send an entirely separate service quote apart from installation quote. The quote that I received mentioned the iron filter service so I was led to believe it was included with the water softener installation. A misunderstanding but easily avoidable. I would still recommend this company based on the quality of the their work."

"I contacted Jim from Integrity Plumbing LLC to replace a leaking water pipe in the basement. From the first call to him through the job finished, Jim was professional and personable. I was impressed by Jim's prompt replies to my texts and questions. That kind of customer service is always important and very welcomed . Jim took the time to explain the process and use of materials. Going forward, I would contact Jim for other job."

"Excellent service for a first time customer. Definitely will be my first call/choice next time any well service needed. I called at 130 pm on a Friday simply expecting a replacement quote on a failing pressure tank. After having to leave voicemails for other competitors Hahns answered and quickly helped with a quote that was very reasonable. He offered to have someone stop by to verify the quote provided and that the tank needed to be replaced while he had someone else bring the tank. By 2:30 pm someone was on-site and verified tank was failing. By 3:45 pm the job was done. Both techs were extremely professional and friendly for a last minute on a Friday job."

"I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MR. VANVECTEN, WHO WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. HE USED A SIMPLE TEST TO SHOW THAT THE BROKEN DOWNSPOUT WAS CAUSING THE WATER LEAKAGE AND THAT EXTENSIVE DRAIN TILE REPLACEMENT WOULD NOT BE NECESSARY, SAVING ME OVER $1300 AS COMPARED TO ANOTHER ESTIMATE THAT I HAD FOR THE SAME JOB."
