"On Wednesday morning I woke up to water in my basement due to a leaky gauge. I called Agua Well and Pump and they told me they could try to get out that day but for sure the next day. The woman that answered the phone gave me her cell phone number so I could forward a video of the problem. About 4 hours later, I received a call that they would be at my house in 5 - 10 minutes. I left work and by the time I got home, they were there. The service technician, Chad explained everything to me and gave me his recommendation to replace the pressure tank due to the gauge leaking and the age of my tank. I went back to work and the job was completed by the time I got done for the day. Excellent communication and customer service!"

"Called up Mike in the afternoon regarding my leaking well pressure tank and he couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating!  He was able to make it out bright and early the very next morning to replace everything.  Mike and his son were very professional and courteous.  Explained everything in laymans terms. Very timely and were able to finish everything in an hours time.  Cleaned up everything, with nary a trace that they had been here.  Will definitely use in future for any of our well needs. I called at 130 pm on a Friday simply expecting a replacement quote on a failing pressure tank. After having to leave voicemails for other competitors Hahns answered and quickly helped with a quote that was very reasonable. He offered to have someone stop by to verify the quote provided and that the tank needed to be replaced while he had someone else bring the tank. By 2:30 pm someone was on-site and verified tank was failing. By 3:45 pm the job was done. Both techs were extremely professional and friendly for a last minute on a Friday job."
