"I sent the signed contract and was told they couldn't get me on the books for 4-5 weeks. I waited about 4 weeks for a call and when it came in, they wanted to come the next day. No notice and we had to pull up carpet, remove paneling, and drywall. Needless-to-say, we had to reschedule for the following week, which they were very accommodating about. They were supposed to arrive in between 8-8:30 and did not show up until 11:15am. They were in an out within 4 hours. They left dried concrete in my mulch/landscaping which was not appreciated when I found it a week later. A basement window was also left open in an area of the basement that is not frequently traveled- it was not noticed for a week, after rain and leaves had entered the basement."

Since our garage is located very prominently on our city lot, we wanted to add some touches to add to its character and to match our house. "Andiry came out a couple of times.  I finally decided to do concrete (I had been debating on whether to replace with landscaping blocks).  its about 40 feet long, 3 feet wide, needed to be pitched correctly, and the old walkway had to come out.  Andiry came out on a Saturday (on time) to write the contract, and started work 2 days later.  It was done 5 days later.  It looks great, and the work site was cleaned up.  there is a bit of a language barrier, but it's easy to work through.

"They did an excellent job, did it in a timely manner, the only thing my husband complained about was that they didn't clean the gutters as well as they should have. They had to use a cement mortor mix to repair the chimney. There were three leaks above the chimney and since they've restored it, it's been fine. They came and took about 2-3 days to complete the work, they even came on the weekend to finish the job."
