"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"I hired Gaidish to install drain tiles in my basement, replace wooden beams with steel ones, and replace my cement laundry tub with a fiberglass one. The work went well and my basement has been dry since the work was completed. The replacement of the laundry sink took a little longer because the plumber wasn’t available but I didn’t have to wait too long and it was worth the wait! "We really enjoyed working with J.D. Griffiths and especially our sales rep, Jerry Kiefer. From our initial meeting to the final inspection, he was very responsive and helpful along the way. For the initial estimate, after asking a few questions about our needs and taking some measurements, Jerry was able to sketch out a design and walk us through his estimate within about a half hour. The estimate shared a We took a few days to think and then had him back to sign the contract. Since our garage is located very prominently on our city lot, we wanted to add some touches to add to its character and to match our house. Looking through the gallery on their site and working with Jerry - we were able to add some nice feature. These included a small window, shake-style shingles and a brick beltline. We also were interested in having skylights installed; which they also installed for us, just asking that we purchase them on our own and have them ready for the builders. "Andiry came out a couple of times.  I finally decided to do concrete (I had been debating on whether to replace with landscaping blocks).  its about 40 feet long, 3 feet wide, needed to be pitched correctly, and the old walkway had to come out.  Andiry came out on a Saturday (on time) to write the contract, and started work 2 days later.  It was done 5 days later.  It looks great, and the work site was cleaned up.  there is a bit of a language barrier, but it's easy to work through.
