The hiccup was my East wall was caving in more than we originally thought which meant we needed to excavate on the East wall. They showed me and explained everything. I appreciated being informed and given an option whether I wanted to do it since it was not in the original contract. I did not feel pressured at all. I wanted it to be done right and not run into any issues down the line so moved forward with the extension on the contract. I know others whom have had similar work done on there basement. Not only were they impressed with the cost but also with the finished job. Very professional work crew as well. I was home during the entire process. They truly impressed me. Nenan came to finish up little odds and ends that needed to be done and did an amazing job as well. Truly impressed with all the employees and the work completed."

He had me clear the area around the basement pipes in case the clog was more major than I hoped. He was able to clear the drain only in the kitchen area. He worked efficiently and had the drain running freely. I asked him to check the dishwasher hosing in case that was part of the blockage. I have had problems with that before.

"This review is well over due. Now that we have the drain tile system we have not received any flooding The day he began Brian's team came to our house promptly in the morning at 8am. They immediately started jack hammering the floor around the perimeter of the basement. While two men jack hammered on opposite ends the rest of the team followed behind them clearing debris and bringing the large pieces to a truck to be hauled away. They then installed the drain pipe, sump pumps, and poured cement. They were able to compete the project within 8 hours. I was definitely impressed! Now that it is a year later with 3 seasons behind us we cannot complain about his installation of the drainage system. Furthermore, one year later he still provided us with exceptional customer service. Oddly enough our pipes connected to our sump pump that takes the water from the drain tile to the backyard became detached. He responded asap with putting the detached pipes from the sump pump back together and making sure what happened will not happen again. What I liked about him in comparison to the other companies was his approach. No sales techniques, nothing gimmicky just genuine and straight shooter type of guy. Arrived on time. Just toward the end of the install we discover I had ordered the door to wide I had a 36" and I needed a 32". So then I went online to find the right door.
