I had a sub-pump replaced earlier this month. I am calling to follow up on a follow-up item from that project, and have yet to receive a return call. I have left three separate messages. He just got a response for those messages I left but it was through email.

I can't really judge quality but the service was very prompt and very professional and courteous and I have had no problem after one day. I really appreciate having my heater picked up as I am handicapped. I would appreciate the warranty material for my records.
