"I was very pleased with the two men that cleaned out my dryer vent from the back of the dryer all the way through the outside. They even cleaned out the dryer itself and all the lint that was around the outside of the dryer."

"I called All Appliance Repair and left voicemail regarding my 1 year old Bosch dishwasher that was refusing to pump out the old dishwasher water and producing an error code message of E24 Watertap. Steve called me back and suggested a couple of options I could try that were not in the Bosch dishwasher manual. His suggestions worked great and cleared out the clog in the air gap and our dishwasher is running again like a 1 year old Bosch dishwasher should! Thanks to Steve's customer service and excellent attitude we got it going with just a phone call free of charge."

"Daniel did exceptional work! This was my first experience having someone come in and not only do the job well but also keep everything spotless. He was extremely careful, neat, and respectful of our home. Not only did he thoroughly clean our sewer, but he also made sure our house was just as clean when he left. If I could give him 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Daniel!"

"Kyle explained everything and gave frequent updates on the diagnostics and progress. They looked at nearly every line, not just the bathroom. The price was fair and they did a great job. I would recommend this company."

Drain Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can use vinegar to unclog a dishwasher. To do so, combine 4 tablespoons of white vinegar with 4 tablespoons of baking soda and pour the mixture down your dishwasher’s drain. Let it sit for 15 minutes, then pour a cup of hot water down the drain to flush everything out. Finally, run a rinse cycle on your dishwasher to see if the clog is gone.

Boiling water helps unclog a drain, but usually only with a harder abrasive such as baking soda or vinegar. On its own, it isn’t the most effective tool. In addition, you shouldn’t use boiling water if you have PVC pipes, as it can soften or melt them. Use a plunger or enlist the help of a pro if you have plastic pipes.

Snakes can occasionally enter homes through shower drains, although it’s quite rare. This can happen when they follow sewer pipes or accidentally find their way into plumbing systems. To minimize the risk, consider installing drain covers or stoppers on your shower drains. Always keep drains closed when they’re not in use, especially in areas where snakes are known to be active.

Yes, you can use hydrogen peroxide to unclog a drain. Instead of using a baking soda and vinegar solution, you can use baking soda with hydrogen peroxide. The process to unclog a drain is the same as with vinegar, but use 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide instead.

It is generally not recommended to pour hot or boiling water down a drain to unfreeze pipes due to significant risks. In some cases, the sudden temperature change can cause more ice buildup or produce steam, which increases pressure and could cause the pipe to burst, leading to costly damage and potential burn injuries. While hot water might help with a partially frozen drainpipe, it is unlikely to thaw a completely blocked water pipe further down the system. Additionally, boiling water can damage plastic pipes over time. Safer and more effective methods include using a space heater near the frozen section or applying hot towels directly to the pipe.
