He put canvas parts to cover the rug. He took a lot of care for our property. He was very careful to not spread germs. Steven was very good in explaining things. He explained things clearly and willingly. He did not hurry. He wanted to do a thorough job. He worked very hard. I am very pleased.

Dan was surprised that in 42 years of home ownership and 4 houses no one had ever bothered to show us care and maintenance chores. He credits the owner (Larry?) for instilling a sense of pride and craftsmanship in all his employees and it shows! The job was done quickly and professionally. Budiac is now our official plumbing service!

Budiac found an opportunity to get a plumber to our home on the Friday before Thanksgiving to replace our 11+ year old water heater. He worked quickly, competently and neatly, completing the job by early afternoon

Called Budiac Plumbing because they were the closest to me. They had no one available to help me at the time. Receptionist was not very friendly and was not offering any suggestions or referalls. Called another plumber in the area who couldn't help but was able to refer me to Arnold's Sanitation. They were a big help and completed the job the same day.

Referring another plumber is tricky, as we do not know their availability and what equipment everyone has, so it leaves it up to the customer to call. Dave was awesome! We will definitely hire him/Budiac again. Dave went above and beyond and found issues we did not even know we had. He increased water pressure in kitchen faucet in addition to perfectly repairing the issue of a 'sticky/difficult' turn that had been annoying us since the kitchen was renovated 5 years ago. He identified the issues with 'banging pipes' and addressed those. The new showerhead works like a charm and his catching and repairing of an issue with the shower faucet will save us significant headaches in teams of leaking, etc. He also repaired two toilets. Excellent work all around. Mary from the office was a gem to work with in terms of scheduling and adding some things to the list that we thought of after the fact.

Everything went great. Arrived quickly and went right to work. Plumber was knowledgable and efficient. Don't really know what is a good price for the week that was done, but the trip charge is a significant factor for a small job like mine. I have used this company before and have always been very satisfied with their work.

I cannot say enough about how pleasant it was to work with Larry Budiac and his whole team. From the appointment for the estimate to the final installation, everything was conducted in the most professional and curteous manner. Larry was very informative about tankless heaters and also the Rinnai units. He seems to really know his stuff and keep on top of the latest products too. If I ever have any future plumbing needs I'm going to call on Larry Budiac.

I contacted this company and Mary answered the phone, even though it was before their official start time. She was very helpful in trying to schedule a plumber to come to our house to diagnose the issue with the water heater. She called back and asked me to confirm if any issues with the electrical connection. I checked and found out there was an issue with the outlet for the water heater which was able to be fixed. I thought it was very nice of Mary to ask that initial question, since it resolved the issue without the service call. I will definitely reach out to this company if any future issues!

Front office responded to my urgent need by arranging to have plumber there within 24 hours - even though they were overloaded with frozen everything! Plumber arrived with an incredibly well stocked van, found/fixed the frozen pipe and even installed a drain line and instructed me on how to use the drain to prevent repeat problem. Sent prompt invoice and have not had an issue, since! Very professional.

I called to get an estimate on having repairs to my hot water heater. I spoke with Mary and explained my water heater problem. Mary came off as dismissive immediately declining to offer an appointment . I was told the company was short on this day although I never requested an appointment on the the day of the call. Mary also failed to offer an appointment for later in the week or next week, therefore I asked for an appointment on later date. Mary said “we’re all booked up” and did not offer any alternative suggestions. For some reason she just seemed as if she was interested in my business. It felt personal. I was so surprised by this poor customer service especially because this company is an Angie’s list member. I will never understand how a person could be so rude and dismissive to a customer seeking professional services. I’m would not recommend this company! I’ve seen people treat animals with more respect and dignity!

The floater, rather than the complete pump was broken. The service tech showed me how to check a pump with a sealed crock. He opened the crock, completed the replacement, and resealed the crock. Work was done quickly at a very reasonable price. Also, there is a coupon for new customers! Clean up was great. I would definitely hire these folks again!

I called and they fixed a problem simply. It was a burst pipe from not turning the water off during winter. We had no idea! We thought we had foundation issues with water. This was less then $300 and it works perfectly. He explained other issues with why it probably happened and fixed them without fuss.. I feel they were very reasonably priced, friendly and honest!

They came within about 40 minutes of calling, replaced the pump, resealed the pit, cleaned everything up. Very knowledgable and professional.
