I contracted for a tub/shower replacement and a second stand alone shower replacement.There are some dings in my tub, and my flooring and baseboard has damage on my stand alone. I was told that someone will be in contact to address these things. The install was yesterday so I m going to give them time to correct, last the product (not the labor) looks on the inexpensive end for the price. There is a lifetime warranty which is great. Most of all I LOVE LOVE their customer service."

I had contacted Miracle Method through Angie's list a couple months earlier requesting some information on cost.  I got an email from  Scott of Miracle Method explaining not only the cost but the precautions I should take with a plumber and a flooring contractor prior to him doing any work.

Later, I found an Angie's Deal for a non-slip tub bottom for no extra cost and scheduled them for June 9.  Jeremy was here exactly when they said he would be, and after a brief inspection of the location, etc. of the bathroom he went to work.  I was told it would take about 4 hours to complete and it was just short of 4 hours when they were done.  The Tub/Shower looked great!!! 

Jeremy explained the 5 year warranty and how to care for the tub (nothing special - just don't use abrasive cleaners), cleaned up and was gone.  I personally think they did a fantastic job and we have gotten many compliments on the new "look".

"Andiry came out a couple of times.  I finally decided to do concrete (I had been debating on whether to replace with landscaping blocks).  its about 40 feet long, 3 feet wide, needed to be pitched correctly, and the old walkway had to come out.  Andiry came out on a Saturday (on time) to write the contract, and started work 2 days later.  It was done 5 days later.  It looks great, and the work site was cleaned up.  there is a bit of a language barrier, but it's easy to work through.
