There are a few things that this company needs to work for a higher rating. I purchased a package deal at the beginning of the year from them that included pool opening, pool closing and 8 pool maintenances. Somehow this prepay appeared as some sort of credit that was used up by the need for chemical treatments for the pool. I would not mind paying for said treatments if they had kept the original package deal, instead, when the pool closing happened, they charged me the pool closing fee of $300 again, despite the fact, that fee was part of the original price I had paid for. With the justification that since they used chemicals, that weren’t part of the package deal, they did not have to honor the part of the package that included pool closing. Mind you my card they have on file, definitely has been charged for chemicals. And it’s on them as the company to keep charge of how many “credits” are used up , to cover the package they sold to me. When I expressed frustration about this, instead of refunding the money they charged me, without even talking to me about it, they kept justifying it as, because they had to treat my pool with chemicals throughout the year, that I used up “my credits” that were applied, due to prepaying for a package deal, that was supposed to include a pool closing. It’s also important to note I had this company perform my 2021 pool closing, and asked them to take measurements of the pool due to having plans on purchasing a new pool liner. When I prepaid for the pool liner and purchased the package deal, that was supposed to include a pool closing cost in it, they notified me they had lost the pool measurements taken, so they had to open the pool earlier then I had wanted it to be, so they could take the measurements again. This also caused my pool maintenance, part of said package, to start being charged sooner than I had expected or wanted them to be. When this was brought up, instead of an apology for the mistake, which affected my charges, I was told , well that’s about when we start to open people’s pools anyways. Which in my mind, is irrelevant. It’s not on me they had lost the original measurements, and it doesn’t matter when others open their pools, what matters is when I want to open my pool for me. Mind you I have now purchased from this company the aforementioned package deal, a new pool liner, a new mesh cover and a new pool heater. Absolutely not how you should treat a customer who’s purchased this amount of equipment. Furthermore when I was in discussions to purchase the new pool liner I was told if I prepaid for the labor and pool liner I would be the first in the list for the install. So I prepaid for all of this. Once June came around, and no call to schedule the pool liner install, I then call the company. I was told by customer service my liner was in, and then transferred to the service department to set up the appointment. The service department originally stated I had to wait until the liner was in to schedule the install. After I told them customer service stated it was in, they then say oh yes it’s in but we still can’t schedule your install. We have to wait until last years installs are all done to schedule yours. When I brought up I was told by prepaying I would be first on the list, they then tell me well first on this years list, but again last years must be done first. A small detail left out to make sure I prepaid. Which then led to the liner install not being done until at the end of July. The reason they get more then one star is because the work their workers who came to my house did fantastic work, from pool liner install to the pool maintenance. I however will not go through this company again and only hope their workers leave for another company. There have been to many false advertisements and promises on their end at this point. The irony being they would have had me as a customer for many years if they simply had refunded the money they never should charged me, which was a drop in the bucket compared to the close the $20,000 I had spent already.

The first pool we purchased from Patio Pleasures (at a wonderful price) got destroyed by high winds. Brett and the staff in Sun Prairie worked with our insurance company and us to get our pool replaced. They were absolutely wonderful and professional!!  Very timely!!  Within  a couple weeks it was all taken care of and we have our new pool installed! We  are so happy with this company we won't buy our chemicals or anything pool related from anywhere else.  We are customers for life!!!

Everything went superbly!  I called in the morning (with a non-working hot tub) and the hot tub was running again by 5pm!    Work was done by Tom T. and he seemed extremely competent and was very fast !    My only 'complaint' with the price was that no discounts/coupons were available for AngiesList members ...   :(
