I initially called them because I had a leaking toilet that had damaged the hardwood floor and sub-floor in my bathroom. They removed the damaged flooring and replaced it with a new sub-floor and ceramic tile. I was concerned about how the newly-tiled bathroom would transition into the hardwood floor in the hall outside. Cesar, one of the company's owners, assured me that he and his crew would make it a seamless transition and as the attached picture shows, they did. They also provided the labor to install a new toilet, vanity, lighting fixture and accessories in the bathroom including dry-wall repair and re-painting after removing the old fixtures. They brought in a plumber, Roque 's Plumbing and Sewer, to assess the water damage and to professionally install the new sink and toilet. Any concerns or questions I had as the project progressed were answered promptly and professionally. I really appreciated that they did not try to up-sell me at any time and all work was discussed and approved by me before it started. "We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."
