- Mad City Windows & BathsThe end product was completely unacceptable. Problem after problem. First they put the wrong window in, refused to fix the mistake until I authorized payment. 2 months later the new window finally came in(bay window) but looks awful. Nothing lines up, they had to make fabricate siding to fill in the gaps because the measurements were off. On top of the my wall was damaged when the window was brought up the stairs, had to fill with putty and repaint. After window was installed they just left without saying anything or allowing me to look at it while they were here. Emailed the day but no response. Update: After damaging the siding to my house, then cutting out a part to find replacement they ended up not able to match the siding after scheduling 3 different appointments to install siding(each time wrong). They then said the solution was for them to give me the wrong siding then for me to buy more and pay a company to reside my house. So they damaged, cracked and cut out parts of my siding then their solution is for me to repair it myself. Have them on the phone taking full responsibility for damaging my siding

"We hired Oakwood Exterior to replace our entire roof, that had started to leak. We also have 3 skylights that were the reason for some of the leaking. We met with Jordan a couple of times to discuss our options, pricing, timing of the project. He is extremely professional, provides a lot of information and offers recommendations to accommodate for the budget we were working with. From start to finish, we felt that we were in very good hands. Once the project start drew closer, he alerted us to timing. He sent a great crew for the job. Everybody was on time and the work was done in an efficient way. For our particular project, once the old roof was off, they found damage to the roof structure that needed to be addressed. Despite the fact that this caused the project to be more expensive, I am confident that I now have a roof that was done right and which will hold up for years to come. We have a guarantee that will transfer ownership, which I like. There were also portions to the project that changed in order to make the ultimate product better.
