"They did a descaling and a repair. Over 7000 wirth. The sewer -- three weeks later -- is backing up. Despite paying for a 3 year warranty, they now state the Franksville offices do not do 24/7 service, (even though the website states the warranty is for 24/7 priority service.) Now have to wait the full weekend to get this corrected- something was apparently not done right to behin with and they sold us a warranty plan and do not honor the warranty terms"
