Great.

Excellent. We have used them several times for 5 years. We are happy with their responsiveness, price and we highly recommend them. They follow up on phone calls and do what they said they will do at a fair price.

This was an emergency repair called in after 3 p.m. My living room carpet was soaked and I had no idea where the water was coming from. I called my insurance company for assistance and with the calls we made, Every was one of the providers that came to my rescue. Every was there almost immediately, assessing the situation. 
My place has no basement and is on a concrete slab that had to be jackhammered away. Every arranged for the proper equipment to do that job. Because I am in a condo unit, and the main water shutoff is in my unit, they had to work fast to get water back in service for everyone else affected.
They had to remove my washer and dryer to get at the water supply and while the supply pipes were out, I asked about the age of my water heater. It was nearly 20 years old. They were able to get me a replacement unit the same day and said the old unit was very, very heavy due to lime buildup. Thank goodness I am on the ground floor.
Once Every concluded their work, I had another five days ahead of me with dehumidifying time (temperatures reached 105 in the unit), carpet laying, replacement flooring for the ruined laminate, drywall and painting. I was pleased with Every's response time and knowledge.
Thank you Every for the work you did in such a timely fashion, allowing the other services to get their jobs done as well.

Awful, all he had to do was change the fittings & rehook the connections on the water heater I bought. Instead he brazed all the connections & added about 3 feet of hard copper piping to each fitting & wanted to charge me $300.00. I finally get the charges dropped to $200.00 for a job that should only have been a 1 hour job at the most for an $85.00 service call.

Everything went fine and the water heater works fine but I was little concerned with the price.  I was able to negotiate with the owner which I appreciate.

All they had to do was remove the fittings & reinstall them on the new water heater. Instead he cut off the piping & re-plumbed with brazed copper tubing. Then they wanted to charge us almost $300.00 for their unnecessary work until I finally got them to take off the unnecessary charges for the work that was not needed.

They are always easy to schedule promptly and arrive when expected.  Professional, curtious, skilled.  A little more expensive, but very worth the added expense, given all the positives.

The cleaning of the pipes was done within 45 minutes of arriving.  He did charge a 10 dollar fee for coming to the house. I would use this plumber again, if need be.  He was efficient, fast and on time.

Turned out that the work was more extensive than they originally thought, since the indoor pipes had frozen over the winter, but they returned and did the additional work without charging more. They have done other work for us in the past and done exceptionally good work every time.

Overall they did a decent job. It has been a while but we were satisfied.
