The home and water inspections went perfectly. Very thorough and nice, we couldn't have asked for a better experience!!! The Radon test, however, went a little less smooth. They did not bring it the day of the inspection. We scheduled another date for them to drop it off. They did not show up at the scheduled time. We had to call and they came out 2 hours later. We were also unclear as to why they chose to put the test where they did. We thought they were supposed to go in the basement.....?

I would highly recommend US Water. Not only did they explain everything fully but explained what they were testing for and how we would see changes not only to our clothing, dishes, shower glass but our hair and skin. Since I have two rather big water heaters I thought that I would need the biggest water softener, but Kevin was honest and saved us quite a lot of money. I would trust him without question next time. They also followed up days later to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions. Then a few months later they wanted to just check in to see that everything is going well. I haven't had this kind of customer service ever with a company.
