I called Maxwell White randomly after the repairs my usual plumber did fell apart. The Maxwell White plumber was fast, friendly, and smart. He explained, in language I could understand, what was wrong and how and why it should be repaired. Highly recommended.

Overall it was very good service.  It is super-easy to get an appointment for the same or next day.  First they looked at our old water heater and it was decided that by the time we received the part for it and replaced it, that we may as well replace the whole water heater.  They called in another person who brought the new water heater and they installed it quickly.  I did think that the cost was a bit high, especially since they installed a 40-gallon gas one at our son's house a couple of weeks before that and his cost was either 850 or 895.  I'm guessing we paid extra since we live a little further and then with the extra 10 gallons on the heater maybe.  I would definitely use them again for emergency or more difficult jobs.  But for easy jobs will probably go with someone that has a cheaper labor charge per hour.

It went very well. Bob was actually early for the appointment. (That was a pleasant surprise.) He quickly installed the garbage disposal, cleaned up and was out the door in approximately 1 hour. Previously he had installed our washer, dryer and microwave oven. And I had the same professional experience.

Maxwell White provided a great experience beginning to end. Very professional, punctual and thorough. I called and spoke with a woman to set the appointments. One to come out and see what was wrong with my water softener and the other to replace it. Both times a different man arrived and both times they were clean and friendly. They worked with my home warranty company and are billing them directly. Overall I am very impressed and will definitely call them again with any plumbing needs we have.

I have never been more impressed with a single contractor -in every aspect of my contact with them- throughout this project -in my life. Their punctuality and accuracy in communications, accuracy/commitment in staying within their bid amount, courtesy, professionalism, and competency of every plumber on our job - was 5 STAR outstanding!  The few items we did have to "remind them of" or there was a miscommunication on, they came back and corrected immediately, and assured us there would be no added  charge for it.  They are also one of the few contractors on our whole new homebuilding project that actually cleaned up after themselves.  It seems to be a lost art!  I can't tell you how refreshing it was to actually find out there are STILL a few honest, dependable contractors out there.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber (and will) without hesitation....and I don't do that lightly.

We received three quotes for this work. Not only was their price the most competitive, they clearly seemed to have the best understanding of the project scope. Installation went very well. We had some special condition that made piping placement critical and they handled the situation perfectly.

I contacted Maxwell-White to purchase and install a new 40 gallon water heater to replace one that was leaking. I was able to speak to a plumber regarding switching from a gas to electric heater and whether or not to upgrade to a 50 gallon water heater. The information he provided was helpful in assisting me to make my decision. The office staff provided me several two-hour windows of time in which to schedule the work. I could opt to receive a phone call when the plumber was on his way. The plumber who came was personable and efficient. He noticed a dent in the top of the heater and gave me the option to get a perfect one or have a discount as the dent would not alter the performance. He called in to authorize the discount and I was credited $45 on the cost. After installing the water heater, the plumber went over the controls with me and answered any questions that I had. I will use Maxwell-White again.

This is a professional company that has a large crew of experienced plumbers. They schedule their work efficiently and have the right person there to do the work.
