"Len came to give us an estimate on a Saturday, right before a Badger game. He was a very pleasant man, with a cheery story or two to tell. There was no pressure in the sales, but we quickly agreed to be put on the schedule. Len recommended the paint brand to get to help our colors stand out more. He had me clear the area around the basement pipes in case the clog was more major than I hoped. He was able to clear the drain only in the kitchen area. He worked efficiently and had the drain running freely. I asked him to check the dishwasher hosing in case that was part of the blockage. I have had problems with that before.
