We had a crack in our foundation blocks which would seep water during heavy, driving rains. Alan and his team excavated the foundation on the north side of our house and sealed the wall. Adonnis Waterproofing also dug a crock and installed a sump pump inside the basement. All of this work was completed in two days. Basement has been completely dry since work was completed. Both the interior and exterior areas where work was done was cleaned very well, and steps were taken to protect the neighboring driveway that was used for access to the foundation. Very professional, hard-working team; we would recommend Adonnis Waterproofing.

Anthony was prompt and responsive. He performed an inspection of cracking in our foundation wall and did not recommend any additional work. His explanation was clear and unhurried, and he left me reassured. Will definitely hire again for any work that comes up.

What an excellent company! Timely, professional, responsive. The crew was awesome and hard working. They protected our lawn and landscaping perfectly (as well as the neighbor's!) while digging out and working on the exterior walls. Our continuous curb borders were not impacted. Even plants/flowers nearby were not disturbed. Upon completion, you wouldn't even know they had been there, but with all the rain we've had since, WE know they were there. So nice to not even worry about leaks or moisture in the basement any more. Excellent pricing as well. We highly recommend Adonnis!

We had erosion damage to our above-ground foundation blocks and a separate spot where water had gotten in between the foundation and the framing. Al and his team dug down around the first spot, found there were cracks that went much deeper than the ground and repaired the concrete. Also removed and replaced rotted framing wood that had caused the leak in the other spot. They worked a very long day the first day and only had to refill the hole the second day after letting the concrete repair dry. Great experience; I would hire Al again.

Basement Waterproofing
Al came out to review our basement due to recent water in our basement. Told us what caused the issue and that it's highly unlikely we need waterproofing work at this time. Did not put on a hard sell. Told us what to monitor in the future. We will be sure to contact Al if we need any work in the future (this house or others). Would recommend.

Al Polinski and his team did a fabulous job. They diagnosed the problems, performed the work, and ended up fixing a few extra things beyond the original quote for us as well. They addressed our needs during winter as well which wasn't easy given frozen ground. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. Basement Waterproofing
It went very well, much better than I had assumed. After a few messages back and fourth Al and I finally connected. I was expecting to have to wait untill next week for someone to come out and take a look at the situation but Al surprised me and said he would be able to make it out to me in just a couple hours. When he arrived he was very friendly and courteous. After looking at our situation Al suggested that we look at a diiferent contractor in a different field because he could not find anything wrong with the foundation. He did not try to sell us something though there were opportunities. He is a very honest man and his reputation preceeds him. Highly recommend Adonnis for your basement and foundational situations.

Al, Randy, Nick and Shawn are an excellent crew of workers and totally professional. They were punctual and finished our job in a timely fashion. They paid attention to detail and made sure that everything was done to perfection. They were also very careful to maintain the integrity of our property as much as possible. Excavation was done on three sides of our house and reinforcement beams were installed on three sides of the basement. The drain tiles were inspected and cleared out so they are in good working order. They even replanted our shrubs that had to be removed to facilitate the movement of their vehicles on our property. They also installed new window wells. We were extremely pleased with the quality of their work, their work ethic and with their very friendly and easy demeanors. We would highly recommend Adonnis Waterproofing Co. to anyone who is in need of this type of work.

Al gave me responsive service and fixed the wall right. Other contractors only wanted to brace the wall and drill holes in it, while adding a trench and a sump pump. I felt like this was managing the leak and not fixing the problem. Al, explained in detail what they would do, Excavate the exterior, replace the drain tile, patch the cracks and waterproof the wall, push the wall back into place (it was bowed about 3/4") and brace it, then backfill with stone and tuckpoint the interior. no need to add a sump..... No more leaks, took them 2 days, and they were great!

Al was great! He was always on time and professional. I had four estimates done and he was middle of the pack as far as pricing. The quality of his work was top notch. The 20 year transferable warranty was better than the other contractors offered. Al went above and beyond when he agreed to dig down on an outside wall and seal/repair the area. I was very happy with everything and would highly recommend them!

The whole process could not have gone any better! Al and his crews are true professionals, are incredibly polite, and you can tell they take great pride in making sure they truly solve your water seepage issues. I failed to provide this positive note about the experience after the work was done a couple years ago. Al and crew showed up the next day with equipment , permit, and pictures / explanation of what they would do. He explained that they would excavate down to the basement wall footings, tuck point any cracks in motar both inside and out, trowel motar to outside wall base of new drain pipe as well as fill any holes, clean out any clogged pipes channeling water to inside foundation pipe / sump pump, add new drainage pipe where needed, trowel on a heavy coating of water proofing, plus add an additional heavy duty plastic sheathing over the waterproofing being careful to seal the ends of the sheathing to prevent water from getting behind it to basement wall, bracing inside wall with 8 huge custom made 3" x 6" steel columns bolted with 1" bolts both to the floor rafters + to wall footings. 3 FULL DAYS OF WORK later: waterproofing completed, windows installed, backfilling completed sloping the grade of earth away from our basement, city inspector signed off on the work. Al and his whole crew worked diligently to do THE BEST JOB until completed! Al and his crew communicated well with one another and each understood his roll in completing the job. That is a VERY IMPORTANT PART of any contracting job! Teamwork!! The work is wauranteed for 20 years from the time work was done which is transferable to the next owner too! His crew even helped me move my heavy patio furniture back to my adjoining patio. My only regret is I cannot rate Al and his crew 10 STARS on Angie's list!! We are that satisfied!!

I have recently dealt with quite a few contractors as my wife has determined that everything inside and outside the house needed to be updated. Most of the contractors I dealt with had to be prodded to do what they were contracted to do. Al was a pleasure to deal with from quote through completion of the project. The crew was courteousl and fastidious. The bracing against the walls looks solid and very professional. They left the work area in the same very clean condition they found. Al did not try to up sell the way two of the other contractors I quoted did. In the future I would I would not hesitate to call Al for any work that I needed and I would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone looking for great work at a fair price. I have included a photo. Al was also concerned enough to give me advice on painting the braces to ensure a good finish that will prevent future issues.

Al and his crew began work almost immediately and were done in a few days. They worked long days and I especially want to thank his "artist" who spent the time to make the walls look like new. During the process, my old concrete sink was removed, but was too wide to fit back, so Al had his crew dispose of it and he replaced it at no additional cost. They cleaned everything up. I now have a sturdy wall with a 20 year warranty against movement. I am very happy with his service and his crew.
