But as the season wore on, the team frequently had not showed up even 24 hours after a snowfall - an unacceptable amount of time. Calls to Nick most often went unanswered. If, by chance, he did return a call, Nick was apologetic and polite - but it didn't change the problems. This season, with the first large snowfall, no one showed up - and multiple calls to Nick were never returned."

I do not use them as a general contractor. I use them for when I need something done I call Loretta and she will call the sub-contractors and then call me back and tell me the price."
